Just one block from the sand in laid-back Indian Rocks Beach! Every inch of this 1,150 sq ft home has been renovated and professionally decorated in a relaxed “beach chic” style. It's a spacious, peaceful place to unwind after a day on the Gulf.

THE SPACE
• Primary suite with king bed and flat-screen TV
• Second bedroom with queen bed and flat-screen TV
• 2 full bathrooms
• Two sleeper sofas (queen and twin) and a 55-inch TV with Roku in the family room
• Gourmet kitchen with granite breakfast bar, new cabinets, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, and a fridge with ice and water dispenser. We stock coffee, creamer, salt and pepper, napkins and paper towels.
• In-unit laundry with detergent and bleach provided
• Fast 50 Mbps Wi-Fi

OUTDOORS
Grill, picnic table and zero-gravity loungers, plus beach gear for your trip (items vary by availability).

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Indian Rocks Beach has 3 miles of white-sand beach and a true small-town “village” feel: mostly cottages, local restaurants, and no tourist traps. Walk to the beach in about 4 minutes and to Kooky Coconut and a handful of restaurants in under 10. The Jolly Trolley runs up and down the beach.

GOOD TO KNOW
• The private balcony is currently under renovation.
• Dogs welcome: $100 per dog per stay (non-refundable)
• Early check-in may be available for an extra fee
• Quiet hours start at 9pm, and the outdoor patio closes at 10pm. This is not a party house.
• Please keep the thermostat at 69°F or above so the system runs properly.

Great quick getaway. Beach is 1 block away and beautiful! House was very clean and head all amenities we needed. I would suggest beach chairs for guests but overall very nice place!

The unit was nice and spacious! Location was great - enjoyed stopping at Kooky Coconut for Cubans and ice cream:)I was unable to get in with my pin, but the owners fixed it immediately. The stairs were very dark at night and dryer took multiple cycles to dry the clothes.

Perfect location/ Comfortable Beach Property

The location of this property is absolutely perfect. Quiet neighborhood, off the main street, easy walking to beach. Condo is comfortable and perfect for what we were looking for. Host is very communicative and responds quickly. Highly recommend.

Very close proximity to the beach! A block and a half. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you'd need to cook a good meal. And all appliances you'd have at home. It was clean. Had laundry detergent and enough towels for us as well as beach towels. The dryer didn't work well in the suite but there was another one in the equipment room. We'll loved beach equipment but it was nice to have! I'd stay here again. Good communication with host.
