The dormer room has 2 twin beds & another semi-private room with a twin bed. The downstairs toy room can be the 3rd bedroom for the pack & play. We have fast & secure WiFi and two flat screen Smart TV’s with YouTube TV channels and the ability to stream your favorite apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. There is washer/dryer in the downstairs master suite.

We are life-long Mid Westerners. With the arrival of our grandchildren, we have adopted Boulder as our new home. We hope you fall in love with this city just as we have.
Why they chose this property
Boulder is such a unique town. We love the location of this home. It is on a quiet street and still has easy, walkable access to the shopping, world class dining, farmers market, coffee houses, entertainment, and everything Boulder has to offer.
What makes this property unique
This is a 100 year old Victorian home fully renovated with all the modern amenities. The open floor plan leads into a sunny vaulted ceiling kitchen. The private and delightful back yard and patio makes a great space for casual entertaining. There are two master bedrooms with king beds and renovated, ensuite bathrooms.
