The Apartment
A top-floor penthouse on the 9th floor of the Skol building, split over two levels, with a lift. Upstairs: open-plan bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed, plus a full bathroom with a large bath.
Downstairs: open-plan kitchen, lounge with a sofa bed and dining table, and a large terrace with sun loungers — sea and port views. Satellite TV, AirCon, fibre WiFi, ping pong table, and beach chairs to borrow. Two pools downstairs, one with a shallow area for kids. Sun loungers €3/day.

Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 — heart of central Marbella, right on the promenade.
Step out and you're on Fontanilla beach. Marbella Old Town is an 8-minute walk through Avenida del Mar. Family-run tapas bars, supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies — all walkable. No car needed.

Fantastisk lägenhet!
Vi trivdes mycket bra i denna lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt!
Modern lägenhet där allt fanns vi behövde.
Läget var kanon med stort utbud av restauranger.
Toppen att vi kunde boka parkering i garage precis vid byggnaden.
Det enda negativa var att poolerna var lite kalla.
