Casa El Remo is part of a small urbanization consisting of only 31 terraced houses built around the pool. Account with parking space in own door.

La casa es PERFECTA. Desde el2015 llevo alquilando en esta página y esta casa lo tiene todo! Desde el menaje, la cristalería (todo tipo de copas, tazas, vasos…) cacharros, electrodomésticos…todo. Las habitaciones amplias, las camas cómodas…Perfecta!

La casa nos ha resultado muy cómoda, eramos seis personas, estaba todo muy limpio y a la casa no le falta de nada, mucho menaje etc...La piscina, aunque no muy grande es un plus para los días de Levante. La zona es muy tranquila a unos 20 minutos andando del centro. Si podemos repetiremos seguro.

Como en casa

Es el tercer año que vamos el grupo de amigas a la Casa del Remo. Es ideal para nuestras vacaciones. Es espaciosa, está dotada de todo lo necesario en cuanto a menaje y comodidades como aire. acondicionado, tiene una terracita con manguera que da vida y una piscina común muy tranquila. Ubicada a las afueras de Conil, te permite acercarte al centro a cenar o tomar unas copas caminando sin necesidad de coche. Y por el día, tienes playas cercanas para elegir. Al Palmar y sus km de arena y chiringuitos con música en directo no se tarda nada.

CASA PRACTICA Y ACOGEDORA

Casa muy bien situada,a 15 minutos andando de Conil centro. Urbanización muy tranquila, la casa dispone de una terraza muy amplia y con piscina en la urbanización con poca afluencia . El menaje de la casa es muy completo . Lo único que nos parecía que faltaba es una mosquitera en la ventana del baño. Muy satisfechas, volveremos a repetir.

Todo lo que necesitábamos y mas

Una semana de lujo. La casa tiene todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar: colchones cómodos, aire acondicionado, mosquiteras, menaje de cocina muy completo, es espaciosa, decorada con mucho gusto y con una terraza con acceso a la piscina que te da media vida. Una verdadera gozada. Mercedes muy agradable, siempre dispuesta para cualquier duda. Destacable también la ubicación: poca distancia a muchas de las playas y calas que hemos visitado, en zona tranquila pero a menos de 20 minutos paseando hasta el centro mismo de Conil, lo cual te permite prescindir del coche. Hay bastantes posibilidades de que respitamos.

Hübsches Reihenhaus-Appartement

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement (Reihenhaus) mit schöner Terrasse. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Die Betten waren uns allen jedoch zu hart. Das Appartement liegt außerhalb des Stadtzentrums und ein Auto wird benötigt, um an die schönen Strände von Conil zu gelangen. Ein Supermarkt ist fast direkt nebenan, so dass der Einkauf zu Fuß möglich war.

Bonito y bien equipado apartamento. WLan y la televisión funcionan perfectamente. Un propietario muy amable y servicial, que incluso nos recogió a última hora de la tarde en la parada de autobús en las afueras de Conil. Gracias, Mercedes!

TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE

La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Amplia, decorada con gusto y con todo lo necesario para estar como en tu casa. Le ponemos un diez a la dotación y estado de los electrodomésticos, vajilla y menaje de cocina. La wifi ha funcionado perfectamente. El aire acondicionado con funcionamiento y control independiente por estancias ha sido fundamental en estos días de tanto calor. También el tener plaza de aparcamiento propia en la puerta. Muchas gracias a Mercedes por su amabilidad y disponibilidad para facilitarnos información y recomendaciones sobre sitios que visitar y establecimientos donde comprar y comer en la zona.
