Wonderful stay in a really special place. Superb spot and great layout, pool etc. friendly welcome and great communications. Would recommend and will book again

Exceptional in all aspects: a wonderful stay we would highly recommend

The view and the pool really are unforgettable and make this stay totally gorgeous. For a family of five, the villa manages to create comfort and the luxe,calme et volupté we were looking for. Everything we needed was provided for: the house was cool thanks to efficient and unobtrusive air conditioning, the bathroom and bedrooms were all well equipped and stylishly designed. We enjoyed our days and evenings in the calm of the valley overlooking Nice, from where world-class sites like the Fondation Maeght, hilltop villages like Mougins and St Paul de Vence are easily accessible by car. The access is gated which ensures total privacy, after the first time you do this it was straightforward. We were greeted by our fabulous concierge Emilie who opened the gate for us and was extremely helpful. I would recommend taking the offer from the host of pictures (there is even a video) as they complement the comprehensive written directions we received. Thank you for a tremendous stay!

Lovely Modern Mini Villa Overlooking Nice and the Sea

We had a lovely three days at La Coulina- after several days of roaming the French Riviera and Nice we were ready for this secluded little haven high in the hills. The host, Caroline was wonderful, communicative and thoughtful and this showed in every detail of this sweet modern architectural gem. It’s small but mighty- with the most efficient kitchen design I’ve ever seen. Caroline has thought of every comfort. We hardly left, it was so pleasant. We spent days by the pool, and ate dinner alfresco at home every night watching the sea. Emily, who greeted us and showed us every detail of the house was a delight- always accessible and very efficient and punctual, even on our early departure day. One word to the wise rent a small car- you don’t want to be navigating Nice or the charming, Indiana Jones style, hairpin turns of the shrouded road up to the villa. Nice is a treasure and so is this little gem of a home!

Abgesehen von der Anfahrt sehr gute Ferienwohnung

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die Anfahrt ist nur für erfahrene Autofahrer möglich und das müsste beim Inserat mehr beschrieben werden. Beim abbiegen in die Chemin du Vallon Monari wären wir fast umgekehrt, umso schöner war die postive Überraschung der Beschaffenheit des Ferienhauses !

Magnifique maison design avec vue imprenable!

Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables dans cette superbe maison au design luxe hors du commun et au mobilier de très bon goût. Le jardin est superbe et la vue sur mer est à couper le souffle! Le calme environnant invite au repos et la proximité du centre ville de Nice permet de profiter pleinement des vacances. Les propriétaires sont de confiance et ont été très disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. Nous recommandons!

"ce lieu contemplatif est idéal pour profiter du lever de soleil sur la mer depuis la chambre et le séjour, écouter le chant des oiseaux dans les oliviers (coin très calme) , conception architecturale astucieuse permettant d’ouvrir la pièce de vie sur l’extérieur et donner l’impression de vivre dehors, contraste fort avec l’ambiance urbaine bruyante toute proche (promenade des anglais à 20mn à pied ,30mn en remontant tranquillement !). magasins d’alimentation à moins de 15mn à pied ainsi qu’une station vélobleue très pratique pour visiter la ville et faire la promenade des anglais sur toute sa longueur L’accès est typique du coin: escarpé et étroit, route non bitumée à la fin. voie rapide à 5mn en voiture permettant de rejoindre l’A8 facilement »

Cabanon de luxe je dirai juste magnifique tout équipé, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer ! Piscine privée, salon de jardin et barbecue tout ça avec toujours une superbe vue ! Aucun voisinage et une tranquillité fort appréciable ! Nous le recommandons sans hésiter pour passer des vacances dans le pays Nicois !

During our childhood, we met and share time with the farmer in his small shed, preparing the flowers. We decided to make this idyllic place back to life. We rebuild it, keeping its heart, adding nice finishing touches and allowing us to rest when we are back in the region.
