Stunning Interior Designed Lodge House with wonderful sea views
The Lodge is situated in the St Stephens Manor estate formerly school grounds. The Lodge is set in private wooded gardens with wonderful sea views. The property comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms ( 2 en suite), large kitchen, study/bar, conservatory (cafe style), large interior designed dining room and lounge (TV room). The Lodge has two fire places, one log burning in dining room and one gas coal effect in the lounge. There are wood floors throughout and carpeted upper floor to bedrooms. Two main bedrooms have sea view and en suite bathrooms. A third double bedroom is adjacent to the family bathroom with large free standing tub. A forth double room has a day bed for single use or can be extended to sleep two. The complete property has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. Wifi throughout house. The 1/4 acre garden has three terraced areas, large lawn and mature trees. There is a fish tank in the garden and a BBQ area.
There is parking for three vehicles.

Nice property good location.Total breakdown of contact regarding gaining entry. Very overpriced as the TV was not up to scratch as far as no signal most of our stay. No main light in the sitting room (it didn't work) so couldn't knit or read with the light in that room. There were no safety labels on any of the appliances or a certificate displayed for the property. I have to have a new one every year at my holiday let. No fire instructions meeting point etc and no property guide book, for these reasons i thought the running of the property well below standards expected for the price we paid. I urge anyone else looking at this property to closely compare it to others before booking.

Communication re the entry and meet/greet was messaged to you through the app, I am sorry you didn't have the opportunity to see this before you arrived. We have the keys and host 5 minutes from the property just waiting for the call to meet.
With regard to the safety all items in the house are regularly checked however as this is a family home and not just a holiday let we do not able up the applicants etc.
There is a large fire extinguisher in the larder under-stairs and 4 round floor exits, as mentioned previously this is a family home and given the amount of means for escape from the house we do not feel it is necessary to have a fire plan.
I am sorry that the light switch was not working in living room, however there are a further 3 lights in the room and I believe they were all functioning.

What makes this property unique
Self contained property in 1/4 acre of land with large mature trees in garden and multiple terraces around property to enjoy. Close to the sea, with lovely views and nearby the town of Broardstairs with lots of restaurants, shops and bars.
