perfect space

This house was perfect for my family and I. Just far enough off the main town of Wellfleet. The space was open and nestled in the shade. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely house and great location

We stayed as a family of 6 -- three adults and three children. We had plenty of room and enjoyed being close to town and the beaches. The house was clean and well-furnished, and we had good communication with the owners. Definitely recommend!

Great place for family

Cathy was very helpful with info in a timely way and the house was as described. The gate at top of stairs was great for our 15 month old grandson who loved the big, open, and safe space.

Great place to stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Wellfleet at this secluded, quiet, roomy home. The bathrooms were small, I always need more space for my stuff, but other than that, the place had lots of room. Large, fully furnished kitchen was nice to make dinner at home or even ordered in. Had everything we needed, supplied with TP and paper towels, linens & towels and washer & dryer were a great feature. Would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed evenings on the deck, comfortable living room, large wooded property. Close to town on beautiful street with plenty of room between houses. The house is well cared for and kept very clean. Exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful time there and definitely would rent it again!

A very comfortable house for a family with teens!!

We had plenty of room to spread out and relax after time at the beach. The layout of the house provides a lot of space to both gather and have separate time. My teen daughters loved the big bedroom downstairs!! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The owners are welcoming and very responsive to questions and concerns.

Best kept secret in Wellfleet

Stayed here with my family for a week in August. Great location, super cool house that was perfect aesthetically. From the vintage Strato lounger, to the Art Metal Knoll swivel chairs. Perfect mid century, post modern style and design. Great setup and close to town. Perfect spot to get to all the outer cape fun. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. Private and quiet location tucked away. We will be back next summer, maybe for two weeks.

Thoroughly enjoyable

Conveniently located — can get to ponds, beach, Wellfleet pier and town without going on route 6! A big plus when traffic is heavy, which is pretty frequent. The house is well equipped for those who want to cook and is near markets/grocery. For those who prefer to eat out, many restaurants, cafes, and ice cream places nearby. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The host is very responsive.

Quiet and Relaxing

The house was exactly as described. All the amenities you would need. Love that linens and towels were provided. Two couples stayed and with the layout of the house there was privacy for both couples and a large great room area to congregate. Several outdoor areas to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the beauty of our surroundings. Highly recommend.

Great house with lots of space

The house has great bones and is comfortable. The inside is not modern - an old cape cod modern architecture house with lots of dark paneling but it makes up for in space and how easy it was to get in have access to linens etc. grilling, etc. Also the kitchen was well stocked with what you need to cook during a week stay.

A great home for friends to gather!

For the second year in a row we spent a weekend with friends at this Wellfleet home. Its big, open, and is a short walk into town. The owner has been great to deal with. We hope to stay again next year.

A comfortable home

This home has 3 bedrooms of which we used 2. Most importantly, the queen beds were very comfortable. It was neat and clean. Air conditioning in the large dining and adjacent living room made evenings pleasant. We enjoyed the set up of the house that gave privacy and yet plenty of room to spread out. The home is a "Grand Old Lady" that really needs updating. There were glitches in the kitchen and the downstairs bathroom, but we would happily stay there again! The owner answered some questions ahead of time by email and was wonderful to deal with.

Beautiful, secluded modern and comfortable home

The property and home are even more beautiful than they look in the pictures. It's spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for people to spread out and be engaged in different activities. Large windows make the most of the surrounding trees. We were definitely pleased with the size and layout of the kitchen. The location is a nice balance of seclusion and proximity to town and all the ocean and bay activities you'd want. The owners were responsive and took care of everything you'd want in a vacation property. We stayed for a week, ate well, slept well, and will definitely be back.
