Casa Rustica secluded, close to the beaches of Ericeira, Mafra and Sintra.

Rustic single storey house, 10 minutes from Ericeira beaches and 2 minutes from the Convent of Mafra.
Large garden with fruit trees, 5-meter-diameter surface pool and outdoor furniture for enjoying al fresco dining.
Covered barbecue with sink support, wood oven and 2 burner stove.
There are also 2 adult bikes available for a perfect family holiday!
Hypermarkets available 2 minutes by car.
Restaurant 1 minute walk.
Available utilities: TV, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, stove with oven, additional outside oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, juice machine, crockery, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, etc. For babies: Possibility of placing a crib, bathtub, protective bed bar and highchair.
The house is located close to Tapada de Mafra, where you can enjoy hiking on trails, animal watching, etc. The Convento de Mafra is about a 2-minute drive away. Ericeira's beaches are about 10 minutes by car, where you can enjoy the most diverse tourist activities in the region, such as SURF.
The house is located about 200m from the access to the A21 (Lisbon / Ericeira). It is advisable to use a car, although there is public transport outside the house to Lisbon, Mafra, Ericeira, etc.

Relativement bien 30min de Lisbonne ce qui est facilement accessible La maison est relativement équipée Une piscine et un jardin appréciable Cependant la maison a des problèmes d’humidité (mur avec des cloques) Et soucis de prise et de lumière (lumière qui ne fonctionne pas et prise complètement arrachés au mur ce qui est très dangereux avec des enfants en bas âges…)

Excelente localização. A casa pode não ser a maior, mas está muito bem aproveitada e equipada, e com um espaço exterior maravilhoso! Óptimo para um fim-de-semana prolongado com a família e amigos! Recomendo!
