Vickys holiday home is a beautiful detached villa, in a quiet area of Gran Alacant, it is a larger than average corner plot 147.00m2 living space, it including solariums, terrace and balconies 500m2, Alicante Perfect for Families & Couples |, just a 25-minute drive from Alicante. The villa offers a tranquil retreat where you can relax and unwind. Many of our guests find themselves spending most of their time simply relaxing by the pool, enjoying the stunning outdoor space and the tranquility of the villa. However, when you're ready to explore, there's plenty to see and do.
Enjoy the spacious outdoor areas with a private swimming pool, ample patio space for sunbathing, and a shaded dining area under the pergola. Unwind in the chill-out area, ideal for evening cocktails or morning coffee. Inside, you'll find three ample-sized bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading out to a private balcony. Relax in the lounge/dining area with a TV that includes satellite channels. The villa also features a convenient laundry room with a washing machine.
Take advantage of the outdoor barbecue for al fresco dining.
Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to several world-class courses, including El Plantio, Alenda, and Font del Llop.

Fantastic place to stay

Excellent comms straight from the start which is always reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble for Vicky and Lloyd who were great hosts. The villa itself is really good, close to all amenities and in a really nice location. Probably best sum up by saying that we are still in Alicante airport but are already planning a return next year

Cannot fault this property, all 6 of us enjoyed every minute of our stay. Vicky and Lloyd couldn’t do enough for us, helped us find restaurants, bars, supermarket, beach, nothing was too much trouble. Would be more than happy to stay again.

Spent the week with my two teenage children and we had a great time. The villa was exactly as described and was clean and tidy. Nice touch of a few bits in the fridge for us and Vicky was super friendly and helpful. Both the kids and myself were very sad to leave. We will be back again soon.... if you will have us? We stayed for 8 nights in this superb villa, Vicky our host was kind, helpful and so friendly and welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was so bright and airy and clean. The pool was cleaned regularly by Vicky. The amenities such as shops and places to eat and bus stops are all a short walk away. It was a perfect holiday Thankyou again Vicky 😎

My husband and I are keen golfers and love the beach, this property is ideal for both. We have a daughter so are regular visitors to the watersports at Parres and of course the theme parks in Benidorm (just under an hours drive)

What makes this property unique

Exclusive and private this detached villa is in a larger than average corner plot with again a larger than average private swimming pool with ample patio area surrounding the pool. Although large it is NOT suitable for parties, the villa is in a quiet area of Gran Alacant Three double bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, and one with a private ensuite. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. Lounge/Dining Area with Satellite TV, DVD player & is air-conditioned. Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances. Large secluded garden providing ample areas for sunbathing, leisure & outside dining. The Villa is located in the private residential area known as Puerto Marino which is a community consisting mainly of Spanish & English nationalities. For security, the villa is fitted with traditional Spanish style windows and door grills. Enjoy!
