Just a few meters from a beautiful sandy beach, the S'Olivera house offers a quiet location in the popular Can Picafort holiday destination. This typically Mallorcan holiday home receives with its modern equipment, which includes Wi-Fi, up to 8 people, and has a spacious living room, 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 2 floors. An additional bedroom can also be requested for another 2 people. A terrace with garden furniture and grill will allow you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. Youth groups are not allowed.
The cozy lounge, decorated with paintings by famous Mallorcan artists, has a sofa and a TV to spend quiet evenings at home. A well-equipped open kitchen and the adjacent wooden dining table invite you to enjoy meals together. There are two bedrooms available (or three, consult) and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds each, and the third with a double bed. The iron staircase, an artist's work, gives access to the upper floor, in which there is another bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The air conditioning provides a pleasant freshness.

In the small front garden of the house, Mediterranean plants stand out with their beautiful flowers. When you cross it you reach the terrace, which with its garden furniture and a grill invites you to spend pleasant hours outdoors. From the morning you can enjoy the warm rays of the sun and the wonderful view of the sea from the terrace on the top floor.

Only 2 minutes walk you reach the wonderful sandy beach of the Bay of Alcudia, which thanks to its clear sand, soft waves and turquoise water is ideal for the whole family. Numerous restaurants, bars and small shops are just around the corner. If you prefer to cook at home, you will also find supermarkets a few steps away.
