Fire pit, large yard and kayaks allow for plenty of fun in and out of the sun. Corn Hole, ladder ball, crochet, wiffle ball, bocce, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas all provided.
House is recently renovated with all new mattresses and sparkling clean interior. New patio and decking installed in 2019. One minute walk to lifeguarded beach, or quick access to shoreline for fishing and kayaking,
