Wow! Lovely large Luxury Villa - perfect for large group.

A wonderful Villa set on the mountain above the Clovelly Golf Course, Clovelly, Fish Hoek, a safe and wonderful area. Lovely views over the golf course and Fish Hoek valley to the distant Atlantic Ocean and with the Silvermine Nature Reserve on our back border. And........ No load shedding woes as we have Solar powered by a battery-operated Invertor.

The Villa is very central to all the tourist attractions, in a safe and quiet area. It is a 35-minute drive from the lodge to Cape Point and 45 minutes to Cape Town city, the Waterfront, as well as easy accessibility to the Wine Routes in other directions so it is a great base to explore the different areas of Cape Town. It is about a 15-minute drive to Boulders Beach and Simonstown and 30 minutes to the Constantia Wine Route. Hout Bay is 20 minutes' drive away. The safe swimming beach of Fish Hoek is a mere 10-minute walk away and from July to December Clovelly beach is a popular Southern Right whale viewing point.

We often rent out the lodge as a Villa to golfing groups, extended families and for reunions. We have received nothing but praise from all of them as to how much they enjoyed the facilities we offer and how well the house works with a big group.

The villa consists of 5 individual suites, (all with kitchenettes) which sleep 12 people as well as the main 2 bedroomed house which sleeps 4 people. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and are air conditioned/heated, excluding the Mountain suite which has ceiling fans. They all open onto private patios, with magnificent views across Fish Hoek valley. The main house has a large, covered patio as well as a bar and 2 lounges.

All kitchenettes are fully fitted and include Nespresso pod machines or been to cup machines. The main house has a large kitchen and coffee machine. Linen, towels and toweling gowns are provided.

Our staff are available daily to service rooms except weekends and public holidays. Laundry can be done in the guesthouse laundry. Cleaning materials are provided excluding washing powder.

Free unlimited wifi internet across entire Lodge. 50 up 50 down speed

The pool area includes an outdoor fire pit, with areas to relax and eat.

Kalk Bay is a lively seaside village with various restaurant options 5 minutes' drive away - some which are set right above the rocks.

DOWNSTAIRS AREA:
There is an inter-leading door up to the main house area.

BAY SUITE:
Sleeps 2
Consists of a lovely big bedroom with a queen size bed and a full en-suite bathroom with bath and shower a separate private lounge/dining area with a kitchenette. The lounge has sliding doors out onto a large lovely wooden deck with outdoor furniture. The Bay Suite has interior stairs leading up to the main house.

POOL SUITE:
Sleeps 2, possibly 3
Consists of a lovely big bedroom with king-size bed (or can be split into 2 singles) and an en-suite bathroom with shower a separate private lounge/dining area with a kitchenette. The lounge has sliding doors out onto a lovely balcony with outdoor furniture and a view over the pool and towards the golf club. (The bedroom is large and it is possible for us to add in an extra bed if needed)

There is an inter-leading door between the Bay and Pool suites.

THE STUDIO:
Sleeps 2
A bedroom with twin beds (which can be made up into a king size bed on request), as well as an open plan kitchenette. The room has sliding doors onto a covered patio with outdoor furniture and views across the garden, swimming pool and Fish Hoek Valley. En-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower.

MOUNTAIN SUITE SEPARATE SELF-CONTAINED FLAT:
Sleeps 4
Lounge/dining room and kitchenette with sliding doors onto deck facing the mountain with outdoor furniture. Two en-suite bedrooms, one on either side of the lounge. The main bedroom has a king size bed (can be split into 2 singles) and lovely en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. The other bedroom has twin beds with an en-suite bathroom (shower only). It is possible to add in another bed into the twin room if needed. Both bedrooms have windows facing the mountain.

THE COTTAGE
Sleeps 2
The Cottage is separate to the main house and has the least number of stairs. Consists of a lovely bedroom with a king size bed (can be split into 2 single beds) and a full en-suite bathroom with bath and shower a separate private lounge/dining area with a kitchenette. The lounge has sliding doors out onto a large lovely wooden deck with outdoor furniture.

MAIN HOUSE - MIDDLE AREA OF THE BUILDING:
A big family room which is open plan to the dining room and kitchen. This room has sliding doors onto the main front balcony that has a stunning view over the golf course, the Fish Hoek valley and distant Atlantic Ocean. The family room opens into a bar area with sliding doors to the back area of the house facing the mountain. The kitchen is fully fitted with a large fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher and coffee machine.

A separate lounge with a closed combustion fireplace, opens out towards Clovelly Golf Club and the pool which we call the Mountain deck as it has stunning mountain views.

2 large bedrooms:
1 luxurious bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower and spa-bath. This bedroom has a beautiful bay window in the front and also has sliding doors opening onto the main covered verandah.

1 double bedroom with two single beds or a double bed and private bathroom with a shower only.
