Dune B is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath pet-friendly apartment located on the ground floor of a three-unit cottage. Guests will love the location as you will be only 200 yards from the beach at 2nd Street and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Memorial Park, playground, and the public library. This cottage apartment offers an open living area, dining area, and kitchen. The living area has a sleeper sofa for extra guests, ample lounge seating, and a large flat-screen TV. The dining area has seating for 4 and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator.

The first bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and has direct access to the shared hallway bathroom. The bathroom is beautifully decorated, features a walk-in shower, and is accessible from both the queen bedroom and living room. The second bedroom is furnished with a King bed. Both bedrooms include flat-screen TVs.

Guests will also enjoy shared access to the ground level furnished screened porch. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and central air/heat. The entrance to this apartment is located at the front of the house, the right door (unit B). Off-street parking is available for 2 cars. This property is pet-friendly for an additional fee.
