Fantastic home and great location

Recently stayed at the Vivaro South house with two other couples for 10 days. The home was wonderful and the staff outstanding to support our stay. Drinking coffee in the mornings under the cabana while gazing at the waves was so relaxing! The beds were very comfortable and having a bathroom for each bedroom made the space great for our three couples. We walked in to the West Bay area each day to grab lunch, dinner, or to just take a walk. The entire experience was outstanding from booking, welcoming us to the area, regular cleaning by the staff, and check ins from the property manager to ensure everything was good. Would definitely stay here again!

the best house to stay in Roatan

This is the third trip to Roatan and Vivaro West End South House and it is the best! It is so meticulously kept by the owner and staff that I could live their full time. when you couple the location and it's proximity to town and restaurants it can't be beat. Erin and I brought guests down this time that had never been to the island and they loved the house and the island. all four want to come back. The house now has Star Link WiFi service and what and improvement, it was great with no problems. TV reception and multiple channel selections was also a big improvement. The one thing I must compliment individually is Matt the property manager. He Is the best and so helpful. I would also like to compliment Marty the driver that picks us up at the airport and who we hired for travel during our stay. Great! .

Stunning Oceanfront Home - Perfect Location

Stunning home right on the open ocean. Easy walk into West End which is by far our favorite part of the island. We can't over-emphasize the advantage of being able to walk into town. Amazing diving as usual this year. Dove with West End Divers and even saw two Seahorses, which is a rare treat.

Exceptional Location and Home

I truly couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Roatán. The home exceeded every expectation — it had absolutely everything we needed and more. There were five of us, and we had plenty of space, but it could easily and comfortably accommodate a larger group. The property is both spacious and beautifully appointed, offering a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. During our stay, we explored all over the island, and without hesitation, we would choose this home again. Its location near West End is ideal, with convenient access to snorkeling, diving, fishing, and boating pickup points. Being so close to everything allowed us to maximize our time and enjoy as many activities as possible. Matt was an outstanding host — an invaluable resource from pre-trip to post-trip. He provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, activities, and local contacts, ensuring we experienced everything we hoped for and more. He was consistently communicative, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our stay exceptional. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Roatán and can’t wait to return. *Also try Aegis bug spray. It saved our lives.*

Amazing Location and House for a Week with Friends

The photos perfectly capture the beauty and serenity of Vivaro Roatan West End South House. We loved listening to the gentle waves, cooling off in the pool, and relaxing in the shade. Our meals were enjoyed on the outdoor patio, where the sights and sounds of the water, wildlife, and birds kept us company. It was the idyllic place to spend a fantastic week with friends, and the staff—especially Matt and Tanya—were wonderfully responsive and helpful. Great local restaurants, grocery, and other stores with friendly locals a short 5 minute walk away.

Incredible house and easiest vacation

First, the house/pool are incredible, the pictures don’t begin to do it justice. House is very well maintained and the views from the pool are amazing. Second, they make the stay incredibly easy so you don’t have to worry about a thing. From transportation to activities, they have personnel for everything and will coordinate on your behalf. This oceanfront home on Roatán was everything we hoped for and more. The views of the Caribbean from the deck were absolutely breathtaking, and the infinity pool was a highlight. Perfection in paradise!

This is our third time visiting Vivaro, and it’s perfection every time. Amazing house with everything you need, walking distance to the West End, and a wonderful host who will help you with rides, reservations, activities — you name it. Perfect Family Vacation

This home is perfect! From the moment you walk in the open front door to the breathtaking views out the open back door it will take your breath away. The house is clean, and beautifully maintained. The pool is amazing and the location of the house is perfect for doing all that Roatan offers! You will be a walk away from the beach, restaurants and local grocery stores. The ocean breeze will keep you comfortable both day and night. There is nothing better than falling asleep while listening to the waves of the ocean!

Amazing

Absolutely beautiful property, right on the water and easy walk into the heart of West End. It’s a little bit ill advised to go in the water right in front of the house due to some jagged rocks, but West End bay is just short walk away for a swim. Other than this, pool is immaculate, decks great for relaxing, great kitchen for cooking, and the staff friendly and helpful. Home fit our family of 6 no problem. We highly recommend.

Great stay at South House

We have been to many, many places in the Carribean and this is probably the best. Perfect location-easy walk to grocery store, restaurants, boats, beaches in West End (the "Happenin' Place" in Roatan). House was well maintained and exactly as advertised - and at a reasonable price. We will be back.

The house is perfect and the staff are fantastic. If we had questions or needed anything the staff made all the arrangements and took great care of us. Simply Amazing

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this property, the people or the location. This was an experience of our lifetime and me, my wife and our two daughters (19 and 23) enjoyed every aspect of this trip.
