A two bedroom townhouse in a quiet urbanization with communal pool. The house is within walking distance of the beach and is close to a great selection of bars, restaurants, beach bars and shops. The house is equipped with wifi and also with English and Spanish television channels. The house has two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a family bathroom, living / dining room and kitchen.

Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

The house was lovely, but there was a man that made us feel very uncomfortable around the pool he shouted at my granddaughter and accused us of having glass , which we didn’t, there was broken glass by the step that also had nothing to do with us but he reported us to the letting agent.

Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de locales de ocio, pero aislado del ruído. Es una casita playera de 2 plantas, muy bonita. Pero sí se nota que le hacen falta algunas renovaciones con el paso del tiempo. En general todo muy bien y hemos pasado unos días muy agusto. Mis únicas pegas son sobre la limpieza: - Le hace falta una limpieza en profundidad, sobre todo al mobiliario (sofás, sillas, edredones) - Aire acondicionado: si bien hay 3 máquinas en la vivienda, son muchas. Hay 2 de ellas que no enfrían correctamente.
