A terraced house in the area of Playa del Cantal. The house is close to the beach and is located in an urbanization containing only 13 houses. The community has a community tennis court. In 2019 there is no community pool
From the living room there is a terrace of approximately 30 square meters. On the first floor there are both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large terrace with views of the sea and the mountains. The second bedroom has a balcony and from there you can access the private solarium with panoramic views of the coast.
Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

Casa agradable pero mucho ruido
La casa no está mal... Aunque en las fotos se ve mucho más grande y más cuidada. El problema es que se escucha todo el ruido de los vecinos. Las terrazas no las hemos usado.. Ya que dan a una calle en la que alquilan veinteañeros que están con la música alta.. Haciendo botellón en la calle... Además la piscina está en la misma calle pero bastante más abajo y también con ese tipo de gente. Por tanto la valoración global es que la casa no está mal.. Pero que no salíamos del salón por el ruido.. Y que no era para nada lo que esperábamos.. Ya que íbamos a descansar y a hacer turismo de playa

Buen alojamiento pero mucho ruido alrededor.
En contra: Se ubica en un calle donde hay chalets a un lado y otro. En la mayoría hubo fiestas durante el tiempo que estuvimos, música a tope por la tarde y todas las noches por lo que no pudimos descansar casi ninguna noche.
A favor: La casa está muy bien. Climatizada, espaciosa y dispone de todo lo necesario. La playa más cercana sin rocas para niños se ubica a 10 min en coche.

Ha sido en general un alojamiento muy bueno y grande. Algunas cosas no estaban del todo limpísimas pero en general muy bien. Cerca de la playa y de la zona de fiesta. Muy contentos!

Perfect for summer time
This house is perfect in summer time, beautifull terras, view en rooftop... for Us the house was much to cold in january, the heating is with airconditioning machine and we Could not get the living room warm... the location is very good! And always parking spot at the front door. The house was not very clean, but it’s also off season so maybe that was the reason :). Two single pillows would be better for the double bed then 1 double pillow to share ;).
The contact and the reception with Debbie was very punctual, welcoming and very kind!!! She explained everything very well!
