4 Bedroom Luxury chalet in Sixt (near Samoens), Grand Massif, Haute Savoie

Chalet Henriette is a recently modernised chalet with warm rustic charm. The property is located in Salvagny, just a few minutes from the beautiful village of Sixt and within 10 minutes drive of Samoens town centre and the ‘Grand Massif Express’ (GME) ski lift.

This family home combines the charm of French rustic and clean modern design to provide accommodation for 10 guests in 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

The ground floor contains a fun and cosy living space with a fireplace and mountain views, a TV room snug and the kitchen. It is the perfect entertaining space, with deep, comfortable sofas and a large ash dining table, ideal for elaborate family dining. 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are also located on this floor and a further 2 ensuite bedrooms on the first floor.

Each of the 4 bedrooms are uniquely designed and include 3 ensuite double bedrooms and an ensuite Bunk bedroom sleeping 4.

The lower ground floor contains a separate apartment dwelling, occupied by a friendly, local ski instructor. This will not impact your privacy or full use of the property during your stay. If you would like to enquire about using Sebastien as a ski guide during your holiday, please let us know and we will put you in touch.

There is parking for two cars to the side of the property and surplus parking for further 3 cars in a nearby carpark.

Magical Christmas stay

Absolutely fantastic stay with helpful, responsive, and accommodating hosts. The property is excellent for a large group with plenty of bathrooms and chill out areas. The kitchen is well provided with all you would need for cooking and baking - we were very happy to find the items for raclette as well! We had everything we needed for a large Christmas feast. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay over Christmas. The chalet is very well equipped and plenty of chill out areas for the children. Lovely welcome treats on arrival including for our dog, which was really thoughtful. The beautiful fire made for really cosy evenings. The views are simply stunning! Communication with the owner and the management company was spot on.

Chalet très cosi et dans un joli petit village.

Endroit proche de la nature et à 15mn de Samoëns. Idéal ! Le chalet est bien équipé et les moments au coin du feu en famille en dégustant des gaufres ont été très sympathiques. Le cirque du fer à cheval et les cascades sont des balades à faire en famille.

Perfecte week in Sixt

Perfecte week in Chalet Henriette gehad. Chalet en service zijn prima. Ruim van opzet, goed uitgerust met alles wat je maar nodig denkt te hebben. Per auto 10 minuten naar de piste. Tip: rijd naar Vercland in drukke periodes. 5 minuten verder maar scheelt je een half uur in de rij.

Bel emplacement

Super logement bien situé, quelques petits détails qui nous on embêté , cafetière en panne ,pas de mixer pour faire la soupe et surtout la télévision qui n'est qu'en Anglais , je m'étais blessée à la cheville et ne pouvant pas trop bouger la télé m'aurait un peu distraite , et surtout les informations pour tous .

Super ski holiday with family

We had a wonderful stay with our extended family here. Close to Sixt and close to Samoëns by car or navette. The facilities are excellent and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. The heating works very well. Great for a big family group. High quality lodgement with 4 individual ensuite rooms and extra space for other guests. Thanks for hosting us

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons eu grand plaisir à séjourner une semaine en été au châlet Henriette, le châlet est très agréable et bien équipé. Nous étions avec un enfant de 3 ans et nous avons apprécié l'espace jeux au 1er étage et la barrière de sécurité en haut des escaliers. L'environnement de Sixt Fer À Cheval est magnifique pour les balades et randonnées. Merci à Gaelle et à Sebastian pour leur professionnalisme.

Great chalet in lovely location

We had a great holiday in Sixt! The chalet was warm, cosy, clean, spacious and very well equipped. The TV room and spacious area upstairs made for great spaces for the children to play and the kitchen had everything (and more) that we needed. We loved the large fire and that every bedroom had a bathroom. The quiet location is great, close to the nursery slopes and ski hire shops, but only a short drive/bus journey to the slopes in Samoëns. This all made for a super holiday!

Confortable Chalet in picturesque countryside

Nice stay in the beautiful and picturesque countryside. Graham and Sebastian have been kind and always available to provide us information about the house or the area. The chalet is very nice and 100% matching with the descriptions. Well fitted out and spacious. The living room is really comfortable and the view is amazing. The experience has even been incredible because we had the chance to enjoy the fireplace looking a small snowstorm falling with the mountains behind. The house is well located in a quiet zone, clothe to the Sixt's ski lifts (for the beginner or kids) and the ski bus for the Grand Massif domain (15min by bus). Just a shame that the higher ski lifts in Sixt have been closed... In conclusion, awesome Chalet for families or friends but also suitable for kids and baby, near an excellent ski domain.

Absolutely Magical time!

Our stay was great! Sixt is a cute little city, very peaceful and calm. Breathtaking views, delicious local food, pure air with firewood notes . The perfect place to switch to the holiday mode. Chalet was just perfect to enjoy all of this. Nothing better than having a breakfast with a forrest and mountain view and chill with your family and friends near the chimney in the evening. For sure coming back!!!

We have had a pleasant stay. Only two remarks: the oven in the kitchen was not clean. Burnt grease on the bottom plate. A radiator in the living room did not work. Un séjour très agréable au chalet Henriette

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil par Gaëlle et Graham, nous sommes arrivés en avance et ils nous ont donné l'accès plus tôt que prévu. Le chalet est propre, très beau, bien situé à une dizaine de minute des pistes de Sixt, tout près du départ du chemin vers la magnifique cascade du Rouget... C'est pour cela que nous aimons y revenir en famille (4eme séjour). Seul ennui cette année: l'interruption du chauffage à cause du remplissage de la cuve de mazout. Heureusement que la cheminée à feu de bois chauffe bien!

De superbes vacances!

Nous avons passé entre amis, une bonne semaine de vacances dans le chalet. Il est refait à neuf et avec goût. Il est situé au calme dans un petit village et offre un superbe panorama et est proche du départ du grand massif de Samoens. Nous n’hésiterons pas à y retourner.
