The house is one of the cleanest & nicest houses we've ever rented (& we've rented a lot). Plenty of room for 5 adults. Pool was excellent, although weather was a bit cool to use it. Also plenty of space for young children to run around outside. Definitely need a car, but only 10 mins to the coast. Highly recommend this property.

Great property great location

We stayed with two adults and 2 kids 3 and 5 for nearly 3 weeks in June. This property has everything and great location. 3 minutes to grocery, 35 mins to Barcelona, and 15 to the cutest beach town. Pool is awesome, neighborhood is quiet. Our home away from home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host Leo was so helpful in sending places of interest, places to eat. She was on hand to do an immediate repair and made our stay enjoyable. The property is well equipped and with plenty of toys to amuse the young ones in our group. The location definitely needs a car as even local shops are not walkable (but only 3 mins by car). Some of the items in property could probably do with updating but this didn’t detract from our enjoyment.

Property was absolutely spotless. Set in a residential area and very quiet. Host extremely helpful. Frequent communication before and during. Offered many recommendations for restaurants nearby and other attractions.

Spanish getaway!

Myself, my husband, 4 kids and my parents stayed at this lovely villa. We stayed for 12 nights and Leo was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful! The town itself is very quiet but it’s an ideal location to travel from to all the wonderful activities. We visited Girona, Barcelona, the local towns, promenades, swam with fish, went go-karting, two water parks and high ropes. We all had a wonderful stay, plenty to do for all ages and great food and drink available. The pool in the villa was gorgeous, lots of seating area around the villa both in the sun and shade. There is a large BBQ and plenty of room inside. There is parking right to the gate and local supermarkets 2 minute drive away. Would highly recommend this villa.

Leo is a great host

Leo is a great host, and she goes out of her way to give you the information you need to have a good time. She was very welcoming and accommodating, especially when we arrived on an early flight from the USA. If you are staying here, you need a car. Nothing is within walking distance. Maybe that is the only downside to this place. If you are concerned about renting a car and driving in Spain, don’t. It was much easier than I expected. Once you master the roundabouts (circles), you are good to go.

Ein schönes Haus, mit einer besonderen Vermieterin

Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für bis zu zwei Familien. Es ist sehr schön angelegt. Ein toller Terrassenbereich vor dem Haus, mit Grill überdachter Sitzecke, Esstisch. Unter dem Haus befindet sich der schöne Pool. Für ausreichend Liegen ist gesorgt. für die Kinder Spielsachen und Basketballkorb. Die Vermieterin ist eine super tolle Frau, die sich um alle Anliegen gekümmert hat. Weit darüber hinaus hat Sie uns per whatsapp mit Ratschlägen zu Ausflügen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, tollen Strandabschnitten und immer dazu Parkgelegenheiten versorgt. Wir wurden noch nie so toll begleitet. Hierfür ein ganz großes extra Dankeschön und Lob an Frau Merino die Vermieterin. Vom Haus kommt man in gut 10 Minuten an schöne Strandabschnitte. Das Haus ist empfehlenswert.

Top Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Unser 2-wöchiger Familienurlaub war ein voller Erfolg! Eine sehr schöne Villa, sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ob voll ausgestattete Küche oder Grill, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, 2 Fernseher (Wohnzimmer und Küche), sogar ein kleiner Basketballplatz war vorhanden. Der Pool war der Hit für die Kinder und eine willkommene Abkühlung für uns Erwachsene. Die Klimaanlage (in jedem Raum!) sorgte auch nachts für angenehme Temperaturen. Die Lage war einfach perfekt: ob das quirlige Lloret de Mar oder die idyllischen Buchten von Platja de Sa Boadella und Santa Christina - in der Umgebung war für jeden etwas dabei. Die Vermieter waren super nett und haben uns viele Informationen und Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen. Das Haus ist super (perfekt groß, schön ausgestattet mit tollem Pool und der Basketball-Platz bietet eine tolle Abwechslung). Es hat eine schöne Lage, allerdings ist ein Auto erforderlich. Auch die Nachbarorte sind sehr schön und bieten viele tolle Ausflufsziele (Strand, Promenade, Märkte, Attraktionen). Die Gastgeberin Leo war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie hat uns viele Informationen und Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Haus. Sehr ruhig, sehr gepflegt! Schöner Pool und nettes add on mit dem eigenen Basketballkorb. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und konnte. Perfekt ausspannen. Leo die Vermieterin war super nett und hat bei fragen schnell reagiert inklusive netter Ausflugtipps.

Bon séjour sur la Costa Brava ☀️

Un grand merci à Léo qui a été très disponible et de bons conseils durant le séjour, leur réactivité est tout simplement magnifique 👏 La maison est bien, proche de la côte et de nombreuses agglomérations à visiter. Le terrain de basket à côté de la piscine un vrai plus nous avons passé de bons moments. Le seul petit bémol c'est le vis à vis, même si les voisins sont discrets, je préfère les maisons sans voisins mitoyens. A part ça je recommande

Ideale vakantiewoning in rustige buurt

Leo is een top gastvrouw! Alle vragen worden snel en uitgebreid beantwoord. Tips over bezienswaardigheden en restaurantjes in de buurt, de beste tijd om naar Barcelona te rijden en waar je kan parkeren, geen vraag is te veel. Het huis zelf is heel ruim en van alle benodigdheden voorzien. Airco's doorheen het huis maken dat je 's avonds in een frisse kamer kan gaan slapen. Het zwembad is ideaal, groot genoeg zodat ook de oudere kinderen er hun plezier in hebben. Het zoute water was even aanpassen, maar snel vergeten. :) Het huis ligt in een rustige wijk, je hebt voor de meeste uitstapjes de auto nodig. We vonden die rust een voordeel, je zit buiten de drukte van de badplaatsen en toch is alles vlot bereikbaar; strand, winkels,... alles op een goeie 10 min rijden. Wij zouden zeker nog eens terug gaan.

Es war super. Ein tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, nur 10Autominuten vom Meer entfernt.

Luxus Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht: Super Betten, toller Pool, Basketballplatz, Grill, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, komplett eingerichtete Küche, Gefrierschrank, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum, großes gemütliches Wohnzimmer, toller Balkon und vielen schöne Sitzecken. Leo ist eine nette, unaufdringliche Gastgeberin, die tolle Tips für Ausflüge hat. Schöne Strände sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar und in Barcelona ist man mit dem Zug in 1 Stunde.

Tres bien accueilli par la propriétaire, la maison est bien. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le terrain de basket. Seuls bémols: la cuisine manque un peu de fourniture (verres, vrai couteau) et l’eau chaude est un peu capricieuse.

Amazing base for our sons Wedding.

séjour très agréable

Léo est très gentille, de bon conseils et réactive. Elle parle français. La maison est joli, super terrain avec piscine et une grande quantité de jeux pour enfants + équipements (lit parapluie et chaise haute, parasol pour la plage), ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Je regrette l'absence de clim dans le salon surtout qu'il y en a une, et que ce n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce et qu'on paye 140€ en plus pour bénéficier de la clim ! Dommage aussi qu'il ne soit pas possible de boucher la baignoire afin que les enfants prennent un bain. Mis à part ces détails, je recommande !
