Very nice place managed by an incompetent agency

Very nice accommodation. Everything was clean and nicely prepared. We would like to return BUT the contact with the agency was horrible. No clear communication, no recall dozens of messages before getting an answer. Really amateurs!

Propietario muy amable y atento, no nos dimos cuenta que la calefacción se debía de solicitar como extra y al realizar la consulta por teléfono enseguida nos facilito el servicio. Todo muy bien.

Schönes großes Haus, jedoch mehrtägig kaltes Wasser und auftretende Stromprobleme in unterer Etage.

Ein Grund der Buchung war die Aussage, dass die Kontaktperson deutsch spricht. Wir hatten aber hauptsächlich mit spanisch sprechenden Mitarbeitern zu tun, was die Kommunikation erschwerte. Nur durch Familienmitglieder, die sich gut auf Englisch verständigen konnten, gelang es uns, den Standort des Hauses zu finden und dort mittels Code, der erstmal falsch übermittelt wurde, einzuchecken. Eine Kontaktperson, die uns alles zeigte oder bei Problemen ansprechbar war, sahen wir nie. Immerhin konnten wir per Handy anmerken, dass wir nach vier Tagen nur noch kaltes Wasser zum Duschen hatten und kein Licht im unteren Bad und im Flur, woraufhin mehrmals Handwerker im Haus waren, diese die Situation aber nicht ändern konnten. So war auch die Waschmaschine nicht benutzbar. Alles in allem machten wir trotzdem das Beste aus unserer Urlaubswoche und genossen die sommerlichen Temperaturen. Das Haus war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und deshalb hatten wir es uns auch ausgesucht. Der Kühlschrank und die Kaffeemaschine sollten unbedingt ausgetauscht werden.

Todo muy bien, la casa muy grande. El jardín muy bien cuidado. La única pega los colchones son antiguos de muelles que se te clavaban. Las almohadas muy delgadas como un papel. La verdad descansamos muy mal. Pero por lo demás una maravilla

Such a beautyful place in the middle of the Island

Perfect! Only the dishwashing doesn‘t work very good so we have to wash the dishes by hand. The garden and the view are very beautyful!
