Lovely little villa with great sized pool in Avery quiet rural area - best bit was the brilliant location always feeling like you’re no more than 20mins drive from another wonderful town, port or lovely beach. A few words of constructive criticism: the poolside needs more shade with suitable parasols, had to pay for pool towels, could do with more comfortable chairs / seating. Lovely big sheltered outdoor seating area that has plenty of room for a sofa set up and / or more comfortable dining table seating. The kitchen definitely needs a crockery and utensil update as there were things missing.Overall though, the agent and host were very helpful in all our needs and responded promptly when we needed them. We had a really peaceful and relaxing time

Absolutely loved it

The villa was as describe, very clean and tidy, location for us was fantastic tucked away down a farm track. Two other villas on same track. Defo need a car here. Polenenca town about 10minute drive. Pool was a god send in the 38 degs heat. Cannot fault the place, maybe the pool needs a revamp, but everything functional.

Lovely Villa

Very much enjoyed our stay, place is well equiped with all you need for a lovely family hol, kitchen especially has all you need to make a lovely family meal. Beds need updating. Mattresses are hard and a bit old. Other than that all good

Go to Pollenca

Pollenca ia beautiful...Much better than the south of Mallorca. Rent a boat for the day. Have dinner in Pollenca square and go to Molins beach. The property is in a farming area. Very quiet. The pool is lovely. The place is renovated. It is a little remote, but still 10 minutes from Pollenca. Would be great yo have a few more kitchen utensils.

Traditional villa with comfortable and modern interior

The house is very comfortable, clean and modern. Lovely views and comfortable outside seating. The proximity to Pollença and Alcudia was ideal. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for your great service. The single bed (used by my adult son) was not very comfortable but the new bed in the master bedroom extremely comfortable. It does make a difference to your holiday if you don’t sleep well. That was the only issue except a pool net to lift out bugs would have been useful as there isn’t one.

Supernice!

The Villa was exactly as advertised, would without hesitation rent again. We, a Swedish family of five, found it modern, clean and up to date in all respects. Kitchen utensils (cutting board, knifes, dish brush etc) were running on low but no biggie. The pool is great and wifi sufficient for three teenagers. Other amenities such as heating, induction stove and tv were on par. The villa named "U Molinas" is a bit difficult to find. Probably due to all the small roads in the area? The neighboring villa is however on Google maps so aim for that, it's called "Villa Ignacio"

La villa était parfaite et correspondait a l annonce. Le logement était propre et fonctionnel avec de grands espaces. La piscine est un plus indéniable. Pas de voisins a proximité, etles champs a perte de vue. Prévoir une voiture absolument

Das Haus lag mitten in der Natur. Zum Entspannen ideal. Es war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig.Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Bon séjour malgré quelques améliorations à apporter notamment au niveau de la clim.

Emplacement. Grandeur de la maison et aménagement de celle-ci. Calme de la nature. Chemin d',accès un peu chaotique. Pas de clim dans la pièce de vie et cela manque. Vaisselle à resuivre car manque un peu de propreté. Manque un peu de matériel de cuisine (faitout). Manque des choses pr lutter contre les moustiques!!!

Truly stunning location, from the peacefulness, to the plants and trees and the mountain view. Villa was really spacious and comfortable. Pool was a really good size, quite deep so not ideal for small children but a really nice set up. Very impressed!

Eine super Ferienwoche! Ein sehr großzügiges Haus, tolle Einrichtung, für 4 Personen grandios. Lage zum Einkaufszentrum absolut ok. Sehr empfehlenswert !

El exterior, especialmente cuidado, y el maravilloso entorno invitan al relax. La casa es amplia y acogedora y nos ha gustado el estilo moderno. Aire acondicionado en el salón y luz sobre la mesa de comedor. Actualización del mobiliario de una de las habitaciones, en consonancia con el resto de la casa. En la cocina, una tabla cortadora.

Super schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir waren 5 Tage in dem Haus. 2 erwachsene + 2 Kinder (8Monate+4Jahre). Wir waren mit allem zufrieden. Die Sauberkeit war super. Der Pool ist mega schön und trotz der Hitze war das Haus schön kühl, obwohl es keine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer gab & sie nur zu bestimmten Zeiten verfügbar war. Die Anreise dahin ist auch inordnung (Autobahn, Landstraße, Landweg). Ich hätte mir nur eine bessere Kommunikation zwischen der Agentur und uns im Vorfeld gewünscht, da ich sie anschreiben musste und fragen musste wo wir hin müssen und wie der Check in abläuft. Wir haben danach aber direkt alle wichtigen Informationen bekommen & sie waren super freundlich. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich sagen das wir s da sehr genossen haben. Vorallem das Frühstück auf der Veranda & den Pool. Das einzige was wir uns gewünscht hätten wäre ein hochstuhl für s Baby gewesen. Trotzdem würden und werden wir bestimmt wieder buchen. Kann ich allen wärmstens empfehlen. Danke

Toller Osterurlaub in Pollença

Tolles Haus, gute Ausstattung der Anlage. Lediglich der Pool war nicht zu 100% gereinigt bei Ankunft, was aber auf Grund der Wassertemperatur nicht weiter tragisch war.

Schöner Urlaub

Es war wirklich eine schöne und erholsame Zeit. Die finca war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Leider war der Pool bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr verdreckt. Die Klospülung war am letzten Abend defekt. Zwei Lampen und 1-2 Schubladen kamen uns entgegen. Wir hatten trotzdem wirklich eine tolle und erholsame Zeit. Man hat wirklich sehr seine Ruhe vor Ort. Es ist alles sehr schön offen und zu 6 hatten wir genug platzt.

Schöne ruhig gelegene Finca zur Entspannung

Sehr schöner Rückzugsort für einen entspannten Urlaub. An einigen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles im allem sehr schön. Vor allem ein top Service bei dem die Agentur immer erreichbar war und alle notwendigen Arbeiten super schnell durchgeführt hat!
