Perfect Stay

The house is amazing, we enjoyed 2 great weeks at this place. The house has a very nice view and is very well maintained. Forte dei Marmi and the Beaches can be reached by car within 10 to 15 Minutes. I can recommend this house very much.

Great house, beautiful view

We had a great week at Alice's house, with nice weather and many hours spent in the pool. The house was very clean and we'll equipped. The road to the house is a bit steep and narrow, but the location gives a beautiful view of the hills and the sea.

A wonderful week in Tuscany

The cottage is as described and has met all our expectations perfectly. Our landlady has lovingly furnished the house. The view from the property to the coast is fantastic. Already in advance we had a very nice contact with our landlady, the reception at check in was very warm. We had the feeling to be welcome and Alice was very authentic, helpful and always very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back anytime. Another big thank you to Alice.

Amazing home and a terrific host!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Alice’s home is more beautiful than the pictures and was very comfortable for our one week stay. The home was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5! The location close to forte dei marmi and pietrasanta was great since you had lots of options for the evening but still close enough to explore the Tuscan towns and cinque terre. Alice in particular was so helpful and extremely communicative and we really appreciated that. My only comment is that the drive up the mountain is not that easy which I think is typical for the area. The roads are very curvy and narrow so just be warned but the view when you get to the house is pretty spectacular!

We stayed in this beautiful house for the second time (our first visit was six years ago), and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. From the moment you arrive, it feels like home — warm, welcoming, and tastefully decorated. The house is spotless, with everything you could possibly need, and the beds and showers are excellent.The garden is truly stunning, with breathtaking views all the way to the sea. There are several lovely outdoor areas to enjoy: perfect place for breakfast or diner, cozy seating for the evenings, and of course the area around the pool. The pool itself is large and even has a separate shower. Inside, the house is extremely clean and fully equipped with modern facilities. A special mention to the host, who is friendly and welcoming.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This house combines comfort, beauty, and practicality in the best possible way. We look forward to returning again — hopefully much sooner than six years this time!

La maison d’Alice est magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle. Elle se situe à 10 min de forte Dei Marmi dans un environnement calme. La maison dispose de 3 belles chambres et 3 salle de bain. La maison est bien décorée et aménagée avec goût. Je ne peux que recommander Alice qui est super serviable et sa sublime maison. Nous avons hâte d’y revenir.

Unser Aufenthalt war erholsam.Positiv:- super tolle Aussicht - Ruhe (wenn keine Handwerker hinterm Haus den Hang abstützen)- Willkommenspresent der Vermieterin Alice- Gut riechende Handtücher und Bettwäsche - Gute Matratzen (nicht zu stark durchgelegen) und bequeme Kissen Negativ:- Feuchtigkeitsthema an der Wand zwischen unterem Bad und Schlafzimmer sowie an weiteren Außenwänden (außen bei Spültisch Küche, Duschbereiche innen)- Schränke riechen - Schlechte Messer - Kein Salatbesteck und keine Nudelgabel- Für die Anzahl an Personen ist das Kochgeschirr (Töpfe) viel zu klein- Im unteren Bad kam nur kaltes Wasser - Zu wenig Beschattung nachmittags - Zu wenig Liegestühle für 6 Personen um den Pool herum- durchgesessene Polster auf der VerandaDie Zufahrt zum Ferienhaus ist über eine enge Straße und nicht mit größeren Autos oder Sportwägen zu erreichen.

Traumhaft schön

Wir haben 2 Wochen im Haus verbracht. Alles ist genau so wie beschrieben und sehr gepflegt. Alice ist super nett und unkompliziert. Sie steht bei allen Fragen sofort zur Verfügung. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist schon etwas abenteuerlich, aber mit jeder Fahrt wird man lockerer. Es war wirklich ein toller Urlaub.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus und der Außenbereich sind sehr schön und noch besser als erwartet. Vor allem der Pool hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Man hat in diesem Haus auf jeden Fall seine Ruhe. Die Fahrt allerdings dorthin ist abenteuerlich (eng und steil). Alice ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und immer sehr gut erreichbar und kann gute Empfehlung zu Restaurants, Städte und Strände geben. In der Nähe (ca. 10 min. Fahrtzeit) gibt es einen öffentlichen Strand. Strandabschnitte mit freien Sonnenschirmen und Liegen sind schwer zu finden und wenn man fünding wird sind sie teuer. Flanier- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind beschränkt, da es kein typischer Touristenort ist dafür bekommt man aber den typisch italienischen Flair. Florenz ist ca. 90 Minuten Fahrtzeit entfernt und Pisa ca. 30 Minuten. Pietrasanta (ca. 15 Minuten) hat uns auch gut gefallen. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in dem Haus von Alice sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage mit Blick auf das Meer ist sehr schön. Wir haben die Ruhe und den Pool sehr genossen. mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell am Meer und die Lage ist super um Ausflüge in verschiedene Städte zu unternehmen. Alice ist sehr nett und war immer ansprechbar wenn wir Tipps oder Hilfe brauchten. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Traumhafte Unterkunft mit toller Vermieterin!

Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft, es fehlt an nichts. In der Umgebung sind super Restaurants, Bäckereien und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alice steht einem immer zur Verfügung und hilft wo es geht. Für Familien sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder :)

Ein Traumhaus

Das Haus von Alice entspricht den Bildern und sie ist eine vorbildliche Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich 5 ⭐️ und die Aussicht auf das Meer ist atemberaubend. Wir haben uns in dem Shabby Haus richtig wohl gefühlt und hatten eine erholsame Zeit. Alice war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Sie hat uns sehr wertvolle Tipps, z.B. zu den sehenswerten Ausflugszielen in der Gegend, leckeren Restaurants und anderen Fragen geholfen. Die Ausstattung im Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und der runde Pool hat uns bei der Hitze immer eine angenehme Abkühlung verschafft. Die Außenanlagen ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll angelegt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Alice einen Urlaub in Ihrem Shabby Haus buchen. Vielen lieben Dank liebe Alice für den tollen Urlaub. Mille grazie ♥️😘
