Hello Janet it was a pleasure to meet you, thanks for the review. As it is written on the website, the apartment is on the 3rd floor and finally with access to the terrace! I'm so glad to see you again in Rome

thank you sabrina

Dear Carol, the photo that advertises this apartment is accurate and depicts the neighborhood with photos and street names, there are also other photos of Trastevere and Rome Center, but when you see the photo of the Colosseum you can't imagine a house inside! This property is located in the Trastevere district in a street of historic buildings and well connected by public transport, but even with a walk you can reach the major historical sites. There is a map and google map that shows you the precise location of the house. The terrace is clean and there is no view of the Tiber River, no one has ever said that the terrace has a view of the Tiber river. It is written that it is a condominium terrace so it is clear that it is on top of the building, the straw chairs are typical Italian, not old, handmade, stained cushions not dirty. In the building there are three short flights of stairs, in the website there is written and there is also written that there is no elevator, in fact even the price of the apartment is adequate for this factor. You have changed your arrival time 4 times and we have satisfied you and we have been waiting for you, organizing our work for your every change of schedule. Surely you could have found the coolest apartment if you had told us a correct arrival time or in which part of the day you would be arriving. You left 30 minutes after inventing the excuse of broken air conditioning, If there had been a breakdown in thirty minutes a technician could not have arrived !!. If the air conditioning was really damaged I would have immediately given you your money back, I believed you and immediately sent my colleague to solve the problem, but the air conditioning worked regularly! Probably you considered the house unsuitable for your person and being able to afford the top you have booked a luxury hotel more centrally located I am happy for you, but do not make excuses and do not offend the work of others for your whims! your behavior is offensive even to all those people who have had a different experience than yours I'm glad I don't have a guest like you! Sabrina

Thank you for all I hope to see you again in Rome Sabrina
