Clean and modern apartment

The apartment is laid out well and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and watching the neighborhood wake up. The apartment is about 30 minutes away from most of the major sites of Barcelona. We found that the buses were the best way of getting around.

Horrible - honteux

Scam

We were left alone at check-in for literal hours waiting for someone to let us in after we had been communicating our arrival time all day. The place was fine. But I’ve been trying to get the (excessively large) security deposit back for over a month, they keep saying they’ll “check on it” and then never follow up.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced at check-in and for the delay in returning your security deposit. Waiting for hours after communicating your arrival time is unacceptable, and we regret that this happened. We understand your frustration with the prolonged process of getting your security deposit back. We will prioritize resolving this issue and ensure you receive your deposit promptly. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. Best regards
