Der Empfang bei Bennecke war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach unserer Ankunft in der Ferienwohnung stellten wir fest dass das Internet nicht funktionierte. Es kam sofort jemand vorbei und richtete es ein. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und ausgesprochen gut gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, vom Reinigungspersonal bis zum Wachdienst. Was uns nicht gefällt ist, dass wir die Kaution von 400€ bis jetzt, also zwei Wochen nach der Abreise, noch nicht zurück gezahlt bekommen haben. Ansonsten können wir Sea Senses gut weiter empfehlen. Vacaciones de Verano

Urbanización muy limpia y cuidada, con casi todo funcionando ( jacuzzis rotos, toboganes inutilizados, ducha resbaladiza) . En general bastante bien. El wi fi del apartamento se paraba constantemente.

A lovely sea view apartment, very clean facilities.

We enjoyed our weeks stay, the facilities here are good, the pool area is clean and the grounds are looked after very well. Our kids really enjoyed the slides and the pools had plenty of variation to depths which was great. Lifeguards are on pool duty all day, they are cheerful enough but the rules are very strict (no jumping in for kids for example). There is an auxiliary services personal that roams during the day, she too enforces rules much like a prison yard. No running, no bouncing a ball, you get the idea. A bit too strict in our opinion, it became almost comical viewing from our balcony as she did her rounds between different familes. Our apartment was pleasant with everything we needed, and the AC worked ok. There are no pictures or any personality in the all white rooms which is a bit of a shame. There was some water damage to doors which we were unaware of before our stay, i think this should have been mentioned beforehand. The restaurants nearby offer a good selection of menus and La Zenia boulevard isnt far away either. Check in and check out were very good and Benneke were very easy to deal with keys being simple to collect and drop off. In summary, there are many fantastic apartments to rent in this area, we would probably stay elsewhere next time, i feel like at this price point you have plenty of other options to explore.

The stay was very good. Couple of comments- the place had several broken drawers and kitchen gadgets. Also, the glass on the balcony needs to get washed. The main issue was the female security guard, who was extremely annoying to the point of being unpleasant.
