Beautiful apartment in a great location

The apartment was ideal for our family of 4. It had all the amenities we needed and was exactly as advertise. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay again. La Recoleta is a great place and makes you feel safe and secure on your holiday.

Wonderful apartment

Modern & comfortable with lots of extras included.A peaceful area, close to the beach.Large balcony with sunshine all day long.The apartment had all necessary appliances, great Wi-Fi / English tv channels & was lovely & warm indoors in winter.We both enjoyed our stay there.

Precioso apartamento

El apartamento es fabuloso, muy bien equipado y climatizado. Con terraza grande y estupenda, con bonitas vistas. La persona que nos recibió, Massimo encantador. Todo perfecto. La ubicación no está mal, se puede ir andando a la playa. Se puede aparcar sin problema en la calle de la urbanización. Piscinas bonitas con entorno agradable.

Sehr schöne Urlaubs-Unterkunft in schöner Lage.

Vorab: Wir sind seit 25 Jahren an diesem Urlaubsort, hatten ein eigenes Haus, später ein eigenes Appartment in einer sehr ähnlichen Anlage und kennen uns gut aus. 1. Die Kommunikation mit 'fewo-direkt' war klar, kompetent und die Wohnung sehr gut beschrieben mit vielen Bildern, so dass wir wussten, was uns erwartet. 2. Die Vorab-Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer/ Vermieter war sowohl über 'fewo-direkt' als auch direkt klar, freundlich und in empathischem Ton. 3.Der vereinbarte Übergabezeitpunkt vor Ort wurde exakt eingehalten - sehr freundlicher Umgang. Sprachliche Probleme konnten mithilfe moderner Technik 'umschifft' werden. 4. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben sehr schön eingerichtet und warm. Sehr, wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und die Ausrichtung nach Süden ließ viel Licht in die Wohung und die Sonne von morgens 9 bis zum Untergang machte den großen Balkon zu einem schönen Aufenthaltsort (leider nur in den ersten Tagen - Februar halt). 5. Nach zwei Tagen war der Heizlüfter im großen Bad defekt - an Anruf an den Mitarbeiter vor Ort genügte, nach drei Stunden war ein neuer Lüfter da - zusammen mit dem Hinweis, wir sollten uns nicht scheuen, anzurufen, wenn 'irgendetwas' nicht zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit wäre. 6. Da unser Heimflug sehr früh lag, mussten wir zur Schlüsselübergabe und Nachkontrolle den Mitarbeiter noch vor acht (am Sonntag!) bestellen - er war pünktlichst, freundlich und nahm auch noch einen guten Teil des eigentlich von uns zu entsorgenden Mülls mit. Toll

Preciso el anuncio en un lugar tranquilo y familiar. El apartamento con todas las comodidades aunque faltaria mas vajilla (sobre todo platos) y un juego extra de llaves que con uno te qudsas vendido. El apartamento de calidad, comodo y la urbanización con tres piscinas a elegir. El entorno tranquilo con una playa pequeña pero sin agobios cerca. No hay bares, heladerías... cerca, si dos restaurantes. Supermercados varils muy cerca en coche, asi como cebtros comerciales y la prpia torrevieja capital. Recomendable 👍

We have stayed in a number of apartments in this complex over the last 9 years. I can honestly say that this apartment is the best we’ve stayed in. All the equipment you need for a fully self catered holiday, nice decor, spotlessly clean on arrival and excellent communication with key holders. No complaints at all. In fact awaiting the release of flights to return next year.
