lovely cottage

Very nice week - wouldn't say it was dog friendly when they are not allowed upstairs or on sofa though. That made things a bit stressful at points.

Dear Sue, Thank you for your feedback following your stay at Home Lea, we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay. All of our Norfolk Hideaways properties do not allow any pets upstairs or on the furniture i'm afraid. Just to let you know we will post the lost property you left behind today for you and we look forward to welcoming you back to Norfolk again very soon Sue! Best Wishes Norfolk Hideaways

Norfolk stay

We love Norfolk and the location of the property was fab however the property itself wasn’t as clean as we had hoped. The towels provided were dirty, cutlery not clean and the floors were not clean either. The fans in the bedrooms were also very noisy. One was plugged with tissue so don’t think it was used. We were told we couldn’t check in until 4pm due to a deep clean but it was apparent the cottage had not been deep cleaned. Therefore it did not fill us with confidence that it was COVID safe.
