Two Bedroom Apartment Cicala in the Tuscan Countryside

Agriturismo Testalepre is surrounded by hills and olive trees. The apartment Cicala is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms (a double and a twin), a spacious and equipped kitchen with fireplace and a private bathroom with bath and shower. Double bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, drawers and sofa. From the window you have a beautiful view of the valley. Twin bedroom can host one adult plus a child (or two children): two single beds, wardrobe and drawer. Kitchen has gas and electric cookers, sink, electric oven, toaster, boiler, kitchenware, dishes, cups, glasses, moka machine, etc. wood table with four chairs, two armchairs, fireplace. Bathroom with bath and shower. We provide everything you need in the house: sheets and towels, kitchenware and wood for the fireplace when it is cold.
We have other two apartments that can host maximum 6 people in total. The Agriturismo is very spacious and always silent and peaceful.
Agriturismo Testalepre offers a swimming pool with shady areas, hammocks and deck chairs; a very spacious terrace with barbecue, tables, chairs, umbrellas and lot of space for playing, relaxing, eating outside; a common area with a sofa and armchairs for reading and having dinners and all the countryside you desire!
Martina and Andrea run the Agriturismo with lot of passion for nature and care for their guests. We live here and we are always available for our guests for informations about places to visit, restaurants and local producers, for a chat or for a dinner together. We love to share our passion for this territory! We produce organic extra virgin olive oil and organic vegetables that our guests can taste and purchase. We organize weekly dinners with typical Tuscan recipes and we make home made pizza in our wood oven.
We are located 5km from Greve in Chianti, 30km from Florence, 40km from San Gimignano, 60km from Siena, 90km from Pisa. Our location is ideal for traveling and discovering Tuscany. Nearest villages are Mercatale Val di Pesa and Panzano, where you can find supermarkets, local markets, bakeries, bars and restaurants. Near our property you can visit the Abbey of Passignano and many many Chianti wine producers!
If you love hiking you will find many possible paths to discover starting from our Agriturismo, passing through the thick and not tall forest where you might meet the beautiful animals living in this territory - roes, boards, foxes, hares, birds - and arriving to Greve or to the Badia of Passignano surrounded by the ancient Antinori's vineyards.
We welcome families as our Agriturismo is a perfect place for children with a lot of safe space where they can play. We have a 2 years old daughter who will love to meet you children!
We welcome your companion animals. We have a dog (12 years old labrador) and two cats. We are happy if they get along well together and if your dogs are well behaved they can stay off leash - not in the swimming pool area though - but we always ask to be careful to other guests and respect their desires.
