Old fisherman's house from the 19th century restored and refurbished by an architect in 2003 (90m²) comprising on the ground floor a kitchen open to a living room with insert fireplace, bathroom with walk-in shower and wc.
Upstairs on the mezzanine two bedrooms (sleeps 4/5), one of which is in an alcove.
Sheets and towels provided
Garden 400 m² with south facing wooden terrace, garden furniture, parasol.
Barbecue and bikes available.

Lovely cottage in heart of Loire region

We found the house well equipped and comfortable to stay in with a private garden to relax outside Excellent for cycling to local towns, chateau and wineries along the Cher Good local restaurant Only slight downside for us was you could hear traffic noise from the small local road

Lovely little house, full of character with some great quirky touches. Very well equipped, comfy bed. Bit of traffic noise at times but really i couldn’t fault the place.

Een fijn ontvangst van Alain en zijn partner, waren zeer gastvrij . Alle was aanwezig in het huisje en was erg schoon . We hebben hier 2 weken vakantie gevierd en het is ongelofelijke mooie omgeving dicht bij kastelen.

idealer Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen längeren Aufenthalt nötig ist, lediglich eine Tekanne haben wir vermisst. Besonders erfreut waren wir, dass es ausreichende Beleuchtung gab, die es ermöglichte, abends zu lesen. Das ist nach unserer Erfahrung nicht selbverständlich. Die Eigentümr sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Urlauber, die einen eher geruhsamen Aufenthalt mit ruhigen Mußestunden im Garten bevorzugen, ist die Lage nicht ideal.

Schön eingerichtetes gemütliches Haus, gute Ausstattung. Im Außenbereich mit Grill, Tisch und Stühlen sowie Fahrrädern bis auf Liegen komplett. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Gute Lage zum Wandern, Radfahren und Ausflügen zu den Schlössern. Unkomplizierte Hausübergabe durch den netten Besitzer, der gegenüber wohnt.
