Country house with private pool and WIFI close to village, Lucca area. The owner makes excellent food that you can enjoy on the terrace.

Here you will find the owners' genuine, Tuscan hospitality and it will also be possible to buy homemade Tuscan specialties from them. The delicious local dishes that they made at home in their own kitchen are served at your own private terrace, and they also take care of the dishes afterwards. That is what we call vacation!

The position of the house is in the DOC registered wine area Colline Lucchese, on the east side of Lucca, only 1 km from a small village with shopping facilities and a few restaurants. You can rent bikes by the owner so that you can shop and explore the area without using the car.
It is a beautiful area and you will be surrounded by classic Tuscan landscape with vine and olive groves. It is also not far to the old patrician villas once owned by the aristocracy of Lucca. They can now be visited and admired. There are also several vineyards in the area.

Campanaro is surrounded by a partly fenced property of 5000 m2. The house is on three levels and has two independent apartments, the unobtrusive owners live in one in the basement floor with entrance from the other side of the house. Campanaro has private entrance and reserved outdoor areas in order to maintain privacy for both parts.

In front of the terrace, down in the garden there is a 5 x 10 x 1,4 metres sunken swimming pool from which there is a panoramic view. The pool is surrounded by a furnished pool area and is reserved for the villa's guests. Children in or around the swimming pool must be under adult supervision at all times.

The lodging consists of:
Entry on the ground floor to living area divided into a living room with satellite tv, a dining area, kitchen (fridge w/ freezer, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric grill, kettle), there is also a small WC.
On the upper floor is a double room, a bed room with a French-size bed and a with twin bed room, a bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. Ceiling fans in the bed rooms.
The interior is tasteful in Tuscan country style with local furniture, exposed ceiling beams and original old terracotta floors. In front of the lodging is a furnished, covered terrace with grill and washing machine.

Heating, private parking and internet wifi. Baby bed and high chair available. Mosquito nets on the shutters.
Guests can buy the owners home-produced wine and olive oil. In the basement floor the owner some days serves local dishes to small groups from the village but they will not interfere with your privacy.

Other: the village of Segromigno 1 km with food shops, restaurants, supermarket and more. Possibility to rent bikes from the owner.
