The house has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished in accordance with Tuscan traditions with wooden beams and the terracotta floors. Ideal position not only for excursions in the direction of the coast (Versilia), but also to Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia and Florence. At guests disposal equipped garden (barbecue) and a swimming pool (7,5x4 depth 1,30m)( 01/05 - 15/10 open from 8.00am to 8.00pm). Central heating, Wi Fi internet connection. Parking.ACCOMMODATION: Gr. Fl.: living room (satellite TV) with fireplace, kitchen/dining room (freezer, dish washer, microwave) with access outside, service bathroom (shower, washing machine). 1st Fl.: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and bath. 2nd Fl. (attic with access by a steep staircase): 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 passage room with 2 single beds. LOCATION: 1,5 km grocery and restaurant, 10 km Lucca, 25 km Pisa, 35 km Versilia (beaches), 42 km Pistoia, 80 km Florence.

Superbe Endroit Bucolique

La Maison est très spacieuse avec 3 pièces d'eau on peut aisément y séjourner jusqu'à 8 personnes tout en aillant son indépendance. Le vaste terrain planté d'oliviers et la piscine sont un plus. La terrasse patio pour manger à l'extérieur est parfaite. Notre animal de compagnie s'est éclaté. A recommander.
