Welcome to our light-filled, thoughtfully designed Hamptons home located on a quiet street between East Hampton and Amagansett. With 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and over 4,000 sq ft of living space, this home is perfect for families looking for comfort, fun, and convenience. You'll be within walking or biking distance to Indian Wells Beach, Sportime Tennis Club and Camp, East Hampton Youth Park, and both town centers.

Available:
October 14 - Mid May 2026 for off season rate, monthly rate available, pool and hot tub are closed during the off season. We are not yet booking for summer 2026. Please do not reach out unless you are interested in our available dates

Beautiful modern family home with gorgeous pool

We often come to the Hamptons in the summer, but this was the best house we’ve ever stayed in. It is an almost brand new construction with modern but very comfortable furnishings. This was a family vacation so there was plenty of room for my parents, my brother and kids. The kids rooms were such a hit- I think with the bunk beds to the trundles, there could be 6 kids that could sleep in the upstairs kids bedrooms. There were 2 laundry areas, one upstairs and one in the basement. The basement was totally awesome for the kids- as it is a large play room. The best was the pool- there is an amazing jacuzzi that my kids pretty much learned how to swim in and the larger pool is a Perfect size for adults. The outside porch allowed for great outdoor dinners and just hanging out. The open concept living room is beautiful. There was also a Sonos speaker system throughout the house that we loved. The owners answered every question in exquisite detail before we got there so there were no issues at all- if I had any questions, they answered it immediately. This location is great between East hampton and Amagansett because we loved spending time in both towns. Easy to get to the grocery store and bagel shops/wine stores via backroads even during the busy summer weekends. My kids still talk about how great this house was- Highly recommend it!

What makes this property unique

We love our home, but we particularly love this location. It is ideally situated between Amagansett and East Hampton. There are local roads that are either quiet or with a sidewalk all the way to Indian Wells Beach as well as Amagansett town so I feel safe traveling either by bike or foot. My children often ride by themselves into town. The EH Youth Sports Area is a quick walk or bike ride as well and it has a lot of activities.
