Mature trees and delicate hydrangeas create a peaceful escape to enjoy the new mahogany dining deck and the sunny, heated pool. Get cozy in the outdoor living room as you roast marshmallows around our generous concrete fireplace. This is the quintessential Hamptons backdrop for a chill and peaceful time for folks of all ages.

Clean and refined, the ground floor of this 2400 sft home is open with the ability to close pairs of french doors to enclose the den off to accommodate additional guests with a full sofa bed. Enjoy entertaining at home with the huge gas grill, fully stocked kitchen and both an indoor and outdoor dining room for 10 or more.

Near the kitchen is a Powder Room with shower and an open sky shower room outside by the pool to enjoy during the warmer months. The finished basement offers a quiet workspace with a desk to work on or send the kids down to play ping pong and arcade games. The basement seating lounge is another cozy space for watching a movie and relaxing.

On the upper level are all of the main sleeping quarters: a large king size primary suite with walk-in closet, shower & tub and a tv, a twin room for two, a king guest room and a queen guest room with a shared full guest bathroom with shower and bath.

All areas are for guests.

In an ideal location, equidistant to Amagansett Village, East Hampton Village, and ocean beaches. Walkable and bikeable (there are bikes on the property for you to use). Also steps away from Peconic Land Trust hiking trails.

Paying to heat the pool will be the responsibility of the guest. Pricing varies depending on desired pool temperature, duration of use, and weather, but you can expect at least $200-400 per week and is equipped with a smart meter for ease of tracking!

There will be an additional fee of at least $200 automatically assessed for the use of any indoor fireplace for necessary, cleaning, ash vacuuming and maintenance.

Stays of one week or longer require an additional cleaning during your stay. You can arrange directly with us to schedule. We pay our cleaners a living wage and spend more time cleaning in the summer months due to the pool maintenance and groundskeeping.

Groundskeeping and pool maintenance team members may occasionally be on site during your stay. If this ever poses an issue or concern, please reach out immediately and we will adjust.
