Apartment:
The apartment is rented a minimum of 7 nights.

• On the terrace of the entrance is the storage room with the washing machine and the 100-liter water heater, enough for 4 people, a drying rack, brush and dustpan, bucket and mop, there is also a folding sunshade and two chairs of white resin for use on the beach.

• The American kitchen has a ceramic hob for cooking, a microwave, an oven, a large refrigerator and a smaller one where you can use it for drinks, a blender, a water heater for chamomiles or tea, sandwich maker,
                electric iron, coffee maker and toaster, kitchenware and all cooking utensils.

• The bathroom will have 1 roll of toilet paper, a soap dispenser for hands and a set of towels for the bathroom and sink for each person plus a mat to leave the shower, the rest of cleaning products (sponges,
                champagne, gel, colognes, etc.) must be brought by the guest for reasons of personal hygiene, in the closet there is a hair dryer.

• The living room has hot and cold air conditioning, a 32-inch flat screen television, dining table with 4 chairs, coffee table and corner sofa and a sofa-bed with two 80cm mattresses. In the furniture among other things there is a small emergency sewing box, electric iron, a deck of cards, pen and paper. The fireplace can not be used, it is decorative. On the terrace there is a low resin table with two chairs.

• In the bedroom there is a double bed of 1.35 x 1.90, on the bedpost of the bed are the blankets and in the closet is the ironing board and the vacuum cleaner. On the roof there is a 3-speed fan-lamp.

Garage:
As exception this year the parking space is included in the price of the apartment, square number 23.

Facilities:
You can make use of the pool and the tennis courts with total freedom, it is possible that on the bulletin board there is a list of schedules to make use of the slopes and sign up. In the months of July and August the urbanization has a night watchman
of private security and a lifeguard for the pool during all the days of the week. Upon entering the pool we will give you access cards to the lifeguard, the use of mats is not allowed.
