Located on a half acre lot on a wooded lane with a fenced back-yard, this home boasts four bedrooms, two & one-half baths, and one large, open common area with vaulted ceilings, bountiful seating space, and a wood burning fireplace. Chat with the cook at the custom barn beam island as they prepare dinner in our well equipped kitchen (complete with two ovens and zinc countertops), then gather around the oversized dining table to enjoy it together.

After dinner, grab a bottle of wine and choose from several seating areas, including a cozy sunroom, screened in front porch—or the sprawling back deck with gas grill. The rear yard has been designed with privacy in mind with both landscaping and privacy screens in place. And, in the chillier months, the 8-person hot tub and a fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs keep you toasty--though these are wonderful to use all summer as well!

Sleeping arrangements include three king-sized bedrooms—including a master with attached bath w/ dual sinks— and a bunk-bed room that’s perfect for kids (and adults who want to relive summer camp). The king bedrooms include flat-screen TVs. The house audio system keeps your toes tapping regardless of whether you're inside or out.

The master bedroom boasts a private door to the rear yard, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks & a bath tub. Like all of the rooms in the house, this suite is furnished with local and vintage pieces for an extra personal touch. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom, and there is a powder room for everyone's use as well.

The property adjoins Warren Dune State Park, one of the largest state parks in Michigan, while nearby Lake Michigan provides a romantic beach setting to watch the sunset. The charming town of Sawyer has plenty of restaurant options for a special evening out. You’ll also find an assortment of antique and specialty shops within a few miles of the home.

Leases weekly-only during high season. Off-season rentals can be flexible--please inquire. Monthly options available in off-season. Beach access is available in multiple ways. There are two different walks (one more challenging than the other) as well as a multiple driving options: you will have a free pass to park at Cherry Beach, or you can drive right into Warren Dunes and park right at the beach (day pass fee on this option though).
