Beautiful Villa With Private Pool And Views Of Douro Mountains And Vineyards

This home stands out for comfort, privacy and tranquility. It is a pleasant place to spend an unforgettable vacation, fully equipped to retain our esteemed customers.
It has a multipurpose garden lounge with pool, jumping board, bar, table football, ping-pong music table and, service bathroom with two showers.
Here you can relax and spend moments of delight.

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, pantry, service bathroom with shower, living room and another dining room.

Upper floor: 3 bedrooms and a large shower room with whirlpool and jacuzzi.
Bedroom 1: double bed and baby bed.Room 2: double bed + a single mattress. Bedroom 3: Double bed with 1 single mattress.
All rooms have central heating, balcony overlooking the gardens, swimming pool and Marão mountains.

A few meters away, the property is surrounded by vineyards. Further afield we can see the Marão mountain which, in winter, dresses in a beautiful cloak of snow. If you want to experience the Douro region, the UNESCO demarcated area, this is the right place for you. The city of Lamego is the cultural capital of the Douro. Besides the cultural richness of its historical monuments of great beauty is also a city full of attributes. From the wonderful wines of the Douro region to gastronomy, this region is unique and unforgettable.

Ideal house for children. The pool keeps the water between 24/26 degrees until mid-October. It is protected from the house by glass doors.

The owners live on the property on the last floor of the house with independent entrance. They take care of the garden and the exterior, maintenance of the pool, in order to provide the clients with a good vacation and always available to solve any situation.
The pool and all the exterior that appears in the photos is for the exclusive use of the clients.

A estadia foi ótima, repousante, tranquila, aquilo que estava mesmo à procura. A casa é fantástica, decoração de bom gosto, muito limpa. Os espaço são ótimos e cada um encontra o seu espaço na casa. A piscina é muito boa, grande. A meu ver só faltava uma manutenção nos matrecos, que estavam duros. Tudo o resto, não tenho nada a dizer. Excelente. Recomendo.

De belles vacances mais manque d’infos sur l’annonce

Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et compréhensifs, nous avons passé une belle semaine , mais pour nous c’est plus une maison d’hôte qu’une villa privative : les propriétaires habitent sur place, rentrent à n’importe quel moment pour aller à la piscine , faire leur linge ce qui n’est pas du tout précisé sur l’annonce et nous a mis mal à l’aise . Attention il n’y a qu’un seul extérieur celui avec la table ! L’autre est pour les propriétaires ! Le quartier est bruyant et beaucoup d’aboiements la nuit. Attention climatisation en option ça aussi découvert à l’arrivée ! Concernant la région je conseillerai plus à des gens aimant le calme, les vignes …

Tudo foi perfeito. Ana até nos encontrou um pouco de carvão para churrasco depois que eu esqueci de comprar na loja. Conforme à l'annonce, spacieuse maison Les propriétaires sont sur place, ils répondent rapidement à nos questions. Bon emplacement géographique Petit bémol : le chien des voisins aboie souvent la nuit. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Zona calma, com Lamego a 10 minutos de carro. Estivemos uma semana, com muito calor, mas a casa é muito fresca e o calor nem se sentiu. Divisões grandes nos 3 quartos, sala e cozinha. A piscina coberta é excelente com uma área de lazer espaçosa. A água esteva sempre a 30 graus, inclusive á noite. Limpeza impecável. Os proprietários são muito simpáticos e acessíveis.
