Extremely clean 2 bdrm 2 bath condo on the water on 1st floor and corner unit. Nice and quiet 34 units complex. 1 block away from Caxambus park. 15 min walk to the beautiful Marco Beach! 3 flat screen TV's. Very friendly neighbors!! Parking space very close to front door. One step up to get from car to inside your vacation home! You wont be disappointed!!! Cable T.V., full size washer and dryer. Heated Swimming pool, bbq grills, social room and weekly social events! Two walk-in closets with plenty of storage. WiFi included! This is Paradise you must try it soon!!!!! Great restaurants and shopping! Brand new Queen bed in guest bdrm. New stove and microwave in kitchen (2022)! New shower doors in master shower. January, March and April available 2026! Brand new seawall and paver walkway around our huge property! Estimated completion date Dec. 2025 Thank you!

Well equipped condo

We found this condo perfect for our month stay. It is well equipped, clean and quiet complex walking distance to the beach and if you are a boater only 10 mins to the Gulf. I plan on booking future visits to this condo ! Thanks Kenny !!

Great Host, Great Space, Great Location

Easy to love! The condo is spacious and has dishes and linens for a crowd. Ken was open to us inviting friends, though we couldn't make it happen. The kitchen was fully equipped so that we cooked most meals and used the BBQ. I loved being on the ground floor and the upstairs neighbour, a long-term renter, was very quiet. We were glad to be within walking distance of beach access as the South Beach parking lot was always full. The pool was perfectly maintained and the beach spectacular, with lots of shells and safe swimming. Ken was easy to reach and very helpful. We hope to come back!

Slice of Heaven!

We were lucky enough to have stayed at this condo in Vantage Point for 6 wonderful weeks. We brought our Hobie Kayaks and we’re able to get out to some of the nearby islands for shelling. The condo was quiet and well supplied with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Kenny was easy to contact and dealt with our questions in a very timely manner. It was our first time in Marco and it won’t be our last! Already dreaming of returning next winter.

Canal View Condo

Spacious condo on a canal , conveniently located within walking distance of South Beach and Caxambas Park. Comfortable and well equipped. Good communication with owner. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We Loved it!

First time renting off the ocean and on a canal we loved it, locations perfect and quiet, neighbor's in complex wonderful, we liked it so much we bought a condo unit here when it became available! The condo is fully stocked with kitchen and bedding and towels, very comfy place to stay beautiful area and close to everything, ken (owner) was very attentive and was easily assesible if needed, the condo has a heated pool, my only gripe was it doesn't have a hot tub out by the pool, but Ken's unit has a jacuzzi tub! The unit also has beach chairs and it's a short walk to beach, a full washer and dryer too so no need to over pack for your stay, the unit also has a boat lift, we rented a boat from "Gator boat rental" for our stay I highly recommend them for boat rentals. If we didn't buy are own condo we easily would of been life renters for Ken's unit.

Quiet and Relaxing

We enjoyed our stayed at this spacious condo. We had everything we needed. Kenny and Susan were both very responsive to our questions. The condo was very quiet and the view of the canal was nice. The location was handy for South beach. I would like to stay again in the future.

Great Condo in an Awesome Location

This was our second time renting this condo. It was super clean and comfortable. Location can’t be beat with direct access to 10,000 Islands and the Gulf of Mexico. Use of the boat slip made the rental perfect for us. Kenny, the owner, was so quick to respond and easy to deal with. We just purchased our own place nearby but will continue to recommend Kenny’s condo to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay!

Wonderful condo

I love vacationing in Marco and have stayed in many different condos at various locations here. This condo by far is my favorite! Right from the start of my booking. Quick responses to my emails from the owner Kenny. Check in/check out couldn't have been any easier. I appreciated the small, quiet complex. Great pool right on the water just a short walk from the condo. Grills also in the pool area well maintained and clean. The condo is super clean!! And very well stocked with all you need for a perfect vacation. When you walk in you know you are in paradise. You come through the door and see the water straight out the back, beautiful view!! I spent every morning on the cozy lanai enjoying my coffee and the serene, beautiful view. Even saw a couple of dolphins from the lanai. Plenty of windows for light. Spacious condo, plenty of room to move about and seating for all if you have a large group. The kitchen has almost everything I have at home to prepare meals, very well stocked and in great condition. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Also washer and dryer in unit very convenient. Bedrooms both with walk in closets and plenty of storage space. The bed in the master very comfortable and water view in the master bedroom also. Condo is a short 15 minute walk to the beautiful Marco beach. This condo is also stocked with supplies to have a great beach day, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Highly recommend staying at this condo! Dealing with the owner was a pleasure. Will definitely check with Kenny next time I return to Marco Island. Thank you Kenny for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Home away from home!

This was the most well equipped condo I have rented. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. There are plenty of towels and linens. Having a full size washer and dryer is a great convenience. The condo was very clean with lots of storage space. The location is quiet and peaceful with a great water view. It was so relaxing to sit on the lanai and enjoy the view. The owner was great to work with and very personable. We rented February & March 2017 and will be back again next year.

I live on Marco now full time. I love boats and cars, love to fish, play golf and go to the beach! I love it here!!! I have been coming since 2008, A friend of mine moved here, retired and kept telling me to come visit and buy a place. I'm glad I listened!! I'm also a member of the Marco Sport Fishing Club. Great bunch of people!

Why they chose this property

I have been all over Florida in the last 35 years but I fell in love with Marco! I adore Marco Island, its beauty and friendly folks! What sold me on this particular condo is when you walk in the front door and all you see is water! It makes you feel wonderful and is so peaceful and quiet here! I wanted ground level, no stairs and very close parking for convenience. The perfect location and I love my neighbors. They are all so friendly and amazing people!!

What makes this property unique

The view the first steps into the front door! Water views! Standing at the sink, water view, watching TV water views, laying in master bedroom water views, lanai 120 degrees water views!Also parking is extremely close to the front door!!! We also have brand spanking new seawall installed with paver walking path all the way around our huge property! Completion date estimate December 2025!!
