The "Queen of the Coast" home offers four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
Fully remodeled chef's kitchen, fully equipped, includes a Wolf stove, new Sub-Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, Blue Star oven, and range. Gas Barbeque, and everything you need to create excellent, memorable meals.

Our home offers all the comforts imaginable with a resort-like feel. The lush garden's sizeable private yard features a tropical landscape, a fire pit, outdoor shower, BBQ, hot tub, outdoor seating, and dining area with a deck and ping-pong table. After a full day at the beach, relax under the stars in the jacuzzi or discover downtown Santa Barbara, Montecito, or nearby Carpinteria.

Queen of the Coast is a beautiful beach home in an unbeatable setting. Four houses from the sand, a one-minute walk! Steps away from surfing to beach exploring, low tide beach walks, relaxing under an umbrella with a good book, and watching surfers.

Our home is perfect for families. It is in a gated, quiet neighborhood, and we must screen our guests. You may book instantly, but if you are not a good fit, you may be asked to cancel. No parties or venues are allowed.

***Please note that house and neighborhood rules must be followed in a private gated community. You may be evicted and lose your security deposit if regulations are disregarded.

***Please note: We will not accept large-breed dogs such as Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Chow, Doberman Pinchers, Mastiffs, or any other aggressive or barking dog. You may be evicted if such a dog shows up. Only well-trained and well-behaved dogs are welcome.
