The Impala Mauritius holiday and Leisure flats overlooking the ocean 200m away puts on rent a deluxe self catering apartment situated at 250m to the most beautiful and paradisiacal beach of Trou aux biches and 500m of Mon Choisy beach in a residential,peaceful and relaxing environment situated off the main coastal road in Mon Choisy.
It offers on a rental basis to holiday makers,be it for short term or long term a fully serviced 40m2 bedroom in a 90m2 apartment for one/two and up to 3 persons with its base price at 50€/night for 1-3 persons inclusive of bedroom air conditioning and a breakfast to go offered in your booking free of cost.
The whole apartment has an area of 90m2 with a 40m2 airconditioned bedroom incorporating an ensuite for 1-3 persons (one double and one single bed),a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with ceiling and wall mounted fans both in bedroom , dining and living room.
There is a balcony and has lots of space to move around in the apartment.
Living room has 2 ceiling fans too but if living room airconditioning is required there is a mandatory surcharge of 7€/12hrs day use.
Free 24/7 wifi is available and house keeping is done after every 4 nights stay free of cost with linens and towels supplied.There is a mandatory fee charged for exit cleaning however.
Airport transfers are done solely on request at 50€ / transfer.

For a stay between 15 - 30 nights you are entitled for a FREE ONE (1)WAY airport transfer.
And for a stay of 30 NIGHTS OR MORE you are provided both ways,(airport pick up and return transfer), entirely FREE.
For a stay of 1 to 14 nights the transfer cost is charged 50€ per transfer.
A 5 seater car rental is offered at 35€/day or a scooter at 15 €/day following your request .
BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER OFFER
Breakfast is available free of cost.
A 4 course exotic meal comprising of either chicken or fish or octopus or prawns with rice,bread and salad with a complementary offer of bottle of wine if desired is on request at 25€/person and catered in the apartment .You will need to place your order before to assure freshness of items used for preparation.
A full day 8 hours inland excursion by car is 95 €/day.
Our prices include all fees and there is No HIDDEN FEES.
