Located on the outskirts of Pollença and very close to the emblematic Puig de Maria, this delightful two-bedroom villa offers a peaceful setting and spectacular views, both of the Puig’s silhouette and the picturesque old town. Its excellent location allows you to reach the centre of Pollença in just a 10-minute walk, where you will find shops, restaurants, and the lively main square.

The house is designed to offer comfort and relaxation. It features a spacious living room, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and a master bedroom with a double bed.

The villa includes a bathroom with a shower and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a shaded rear terrace—perfect for al fresco dining—a private 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with Roman steps (maximum depth 2 metres), and a beautifully maintained garden surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean plants. The property also offers private on-site parking.

Beautiful Stay in Pollenca

We are so happy we chose this beautiful villa for our family holiday. The accomodation is perfect, the owners have thought of everything. The children spent so many hours in the gorgeous pool, would definitely book again.

Absolutely had the best time here. Gorgeous accommodation very easy set up and great distance to beaches and town of pollenca which is stunning! Pool was chilly but our weather was ammmazing so need a cool dip after a hot day at the beach! Thank you Josep!

We had a perfect stay at Es Coste Rafal, near Pollenca (at walking distance). The villa has a fantastic view at its surroundings, an absolutely superb terrace/terrain around the villa with a very well maintained garden with lots of different flowers and plants, and a perfect swimming pool. The villa is also well equiped and comfortable. Only quite some traffic noise from road nearby.

Our villas was fabulous, perfect location to walk to the Old Town, yet with plenty of privacy. Recommendations would be a larger poolside parasol as the one at the villa was barely large enough for one person. Some plastic glasses for the poolside & table mats. These are our recommendations however we loved the villa & will be returning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Josep’s villa. It’s in a great location within walking distance to the old town of Pollensa, which has lovely streets to wander around and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed walking up the 365 steps to the little chapel in Pollensa and Puig de Maria on the other side, just behind the villa itself. Both have fantastic views. Puerto Pollensa is only a few minutes drive away and has some great beaches, a local market, many restaurants and we also caught a boat ride on a pirate ship for the day from there (highly recommend!). The villa itself has lovely views all around and is very secluded. The pool and garden were the highlight for us. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed. The inside was clean and modern. We slept well with beds being comfy and having air con helped when it was still too hot at night.If you want to do lots of exploring around the island then you will need a car. You can walk a few minutes to Pollensa and there were regular buses f

Just perfect

Secluded, private and relaxing. All amenities you could wish for on a holiday. Beautiful villa, lovely gardens and located a very short walk from Pollensa town. Communication was superb throughout. Highly recommend.

Lovely house in beautiful surroundings

Beautiful house just outside Pollenca. House is very well cleaned and sits in a nice garden with a private pool. Pool has various depths in order to make it suitable for adults and children (not for babies). Parking spots for two cars in the shade. Only downsides for us are the temperature of the pool (water was too cold to my liking) and noise of the cars on the road which is not very far from the house. But even this didn't make our stay unenjoyable. We would book this house again...definately!

Ein sehr schönes kleines Haus. Negativ: permanent Straßenlärm von 5 Uhr bis 1 Uhr nachts. Sehr viel Mücke, wirklich Massen an Mücke. Die sich aber gute mit den entsprechenden Mittel vertreiben lassen. Dies sind auch im Haus vorhanden. Das zweite Bad ist wirklich nur ein Schuppen an Pool und kann nicht als normales Bad mit benutzt werden. Praktisch wenn man mal schnell muss. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein. Alle Betten sind keine 2 m lang also schlecht für große Menschen. In der gut ausgestattet Küche wäre eine kleiner Espressokocher sehr gut gewesen. Positiv: Sehr schöne Räume, sehr gut gepflegter großer Garten mit Obstbäume, man hat Zitronen, Orangschen, Granatapfel.... Toller Pool, sehr sauber. Alles sehr gepflegt. In der Küche gibt es ein Induktionskochfeld , das ist wirklich sehr selten und praktisch. Viele Sitz möglichkeiten im Außenbereich. Alles ist sehr gut erreichbar und nur ein paar Schritte vom Wochenmarkt entfernt, der auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert ist. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Stellplatz für Auto sogar überdacht vorhanden. Das Haus ist zu empfehlen, besonders für kleine Familie.

A bit of a mixture

Firstly the good bits: The grounds and setting are superb, the pool is excellent and the main living area is good. But...the description claims 2 bathrooms but one is a pool shower and toilet 30 metres from the house. It could not be descibed as a bathroom. This is important because the one bathroom is very small. Secondly, despite what is in the description, there is no dishwasher
