A Family Tides is a beautifully appointed, first-floor beachfront condo offering stunning, unobstructed Gulf views and an exceptional blend of luxury, comfort, and family-friendly design. With the largest floor plan at Pointe West and a prime location next door to the Beach Club, this home provides the perfect setting for an elevated coastal getaway.

Designed to accommodate families and groups with ease, the condo sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably and features two king suites, a full-over-full bunk bed with trundle, and a full sleeper sofa and a pack and play in the third bedroom closet.

Thoughtfully curated for modern living, the home includes three HD smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, cable, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen for effortless meals and entertaining. A secondary sitting area with a smart TV and DVD player offers a cozy space for kids or movie nights.

Step onto the spacious beachfront deck to unwind in the luxury sectional seating area or enjoy alfresco dining at the table while taking in the soothing sights and sounds of the Gulf—an unforgettable backdrop for sunrise coffee or sunset dinners.
A Family Tides is our family’s personal vacation retreat, lovingly maintained and thoughtfully furnished to feel like a true home—not a typical rental. Every detail is designed to create a relaxed, coastal-luxury atmosphere where families can reconnect, unwind, and make lifelong beach memories.


RESORT AMENITIES & FEE:
Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment. The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs and a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase. Resort sponsored activities are offered seasonally for family fun.

The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. **It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home only. We are not in charge of the community grounds and Beach Club amenities to include the restaurant, pools, beach, or elevators.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcome before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Rental is equipped with Ring doorbell.
*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee &d the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 & ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm & Cancellation Policies carefully!
