My house is a renovated craftsman home located in Historic East Nashville. Located walking distance to downtown or just a short uber ride ($5). You can also walk to all the restaurants and bars of east nashville’s Five Points.

2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, eat in kitchen and great outdoor space.

Beautiful, stylish, classy place!

Very clean and so well decorated. I did not want to leave property! I highly recommend this place! You can walk to shops, restaurants/bands and grocery easily and the east end is much classier and quieter than downtown. Large private yard with deck in back. Quick uber to bars downtown... Beautiful park right down the street. I ran the neighborhood very early in morning (still dark) - never did I feel I was in an unsafe area. Everything was perfect.

Why they chose this property

I love the location the most because you will be close to downtown but travelers also get to experience the neighborhood my family grew up in. So much history lies in East Nashville and all the best (in my opinion!) restaurants, bars and locally owned shops are walking distance!

What makes this property unique

My home was built in 1901 and the original owners/family live down the street
