Fantastic villa!

Just returned from an amazing short stay at this villa! It was extremely spacious, clean, large private pool, and had a stunning view. Perfectly located in a very peaceful area—just 15 minutes from the beach. The host was super helpful and easy to contact. Ideal for families or groups of friends. Would definitely return! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house with nice view

The place was great! Nice swimming pool, nice view and pretty good price. Unfortunately there are a few things to improve like the quality of the furniture ( for example the kitchen chairs are very loud and when used the people downstairs woke up from the noise ) Also there were a few minor things that got fixed by Abdul right away but that’s not that big of an issue. We did find having to throw the garbage away this far from the house a big issue. Overall it was a nice time and we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Thanks for letting us stay! 👍

An mazing stay in Paradise

Our vrbo rental was way beyond our greatest expectations and based on the vrbo posting our expectations were very high! The villa was exceptional in all aspects, great functional kitchen - including the high end coffee and latte maker, their were appliances for all our needs with an exceptional fridge and freezer. all 4 rooms were big and comfortable and the 2 on-suites were first class. It was hot when we were there and the amazing pool was very clean and refreshing with lots of shaded spaces to chill out, and if you got too hot hot the air conditioning in every room worked tremendously. We even had to have a blanket when we were watching movies on netflix. the location was first class, close to town, shops, cafes and restaurants and a quick drive into many different beach locations. We could not have hoped for a better luxary villa and we cant wait to revisit.

Prior to our stay, Tony was proactive communicating with us and explaining how accessing the property would take place which was appreciated.Upon arriving, we were warmly greeted by Abdel who showed us around the property. During our stay, he visited us to clean the pool upon our request as agreed, which was ideal. The property was very spacious with 4 terrace areas, with lovely views across trees to Altea. The house was clean and well presented, the pool and patio are well positioned to take in the sun for most of the day. Despite the property being in a built-up area, it was so peaceful and relaxing, we didn't hear any noise from surrounding properties. Parking is plentiful, we only had one car but I would say there is room for 2-3 cars on the driveway plus space outside the house for another car.The house is a great hub for visiting Altea, Calpe, Benidorm, Guadelest, Alfas and nearby villages. Supermarkets are numerous and a short drive away.Overall, the stay was well worth what we paid and we would happily stay again.

Super Villa

just returned from a great week at this lovely spacious villa. Stunning elevated position overlooking the Altea/Benidorm coastline with panoramic views. Set away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet area of Alfas Di Pi (car hire recommended). Lovely gardens and pool area, highly recommended.

Excellent

The photos do not do this place justice! Very spacious, clean and great views from the terraces. Despite it being quite far from any shops and Benidorm (20 euro taxi journey which we thought was fair), I would love to stay here again!

Response from VrboOwner on 1 Apr, 2020

Beautiful villa in great location, we spent a week with the children and the villa

From been met at the villa by Abdel the experience myself and family had was second to none, if you are after a quiet stress free holiday then this villa and location is ideal. If you want to experience the beautiful Albir then its only a 10 minute drive away and the hustle and bustle of Benidorm 20 minutes drive away. All in all a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this villa, the only thing that would improve the experience would be a gas BBQ.
