The apartment is on the first floor of a two-story villa. It has a large terrace for exclusive use with sea view and has direct access to the beach which is only a few steps away. It has a second terrace closer to the sea with a large warehouse for bathing facilities and a barbeque and a third terrace even closer to the sea with a shower and a garden.
The apartment, of about 100 square meters, consists of the following rooms: a living / dining room (sea view) with flat-screen TV, sofas, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine , dishwasher, fridge with freezer; a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom; a second bedroom with a double bed or two single beds and a private bathroom; a third bedroom with a double bed or two single beds and a private bathroom. The bathrooms are all with showers. Storage / laundry room with washing machine, ironing equipment, vacuum cleaner, etc. The large terrace accessible from the living room and kitchen overlooks the sea and is equipped with umbrellas, table and chairs, deckchairs and sun loungers and sofas.
The garden (shared use with the other apartment) consists of two terraces, one with a barbecue and a storage area for bathing equipment and another, adjacent to the beach, with a shower.

The access road to the villa is private and protected with an electric lifting bar.
Guests can access the beach via the private staircase that connects directly to the house. They will also have a warehouse to store the bathing facilities, a terrace with bbq and a terrace with outdoor shower near the sea.
A few hundred meters, reachable by foot along the sea, is the famous Piedigrotta Church carved into the rock. The town of Pizzo awaits you 4 km away with its Murat Castle and its square-lounge with renowned ice cream parlors and old artistic churches. In some periods of the year a free shuttle service is available.
