This three-room apartment (60sqm) on the ground floor consists of a large living area with double sofa bed, 40 "LED TV and table for six people.
The kitchen corner is equipped with an induction hob, fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
There are two bedrooms: one large double with king size bed and one twin with two single beds and private bathroom with laundry. A main bathroom with shower, located between the two bedrooms, completes the apartment.

The interventions of thermal and acoustic insulation, together with an efficient solar thermal system that provides the total need for domestic hot water, allowed a much higher internal comfort, together with a notable reduction in energy consumption.
This is why class A household appliances, LED lighting and air conditioning / heating systems with heat pumps have been chosen.
Casa Esedra is located in a central but quiet area; this allows our guests to comfortably walk to the beaches, the promenade and the "Budello", the true heart of the city. The train station is about 700 meters, moreover, for those arriving by car, the private parking is a real and indispensable comfort.
