Positiv ist zu erwähnen, dass der Blick von der Terrasse sehr schön und den Bildern entsprechend war. Wenngleich auch die massiven Stromleitungen, die direkt durch die Sich laufen auf den Fotos sehr "günstig" aufgenommen wurden. Wir haben die Unterkunft auf Basis der schönen Fotos insgesamt die beworben wurden gebucht. Insbesondere natürlich was die Terrasse betrifft. Vorgefunden haben wir ein Sammelsurium von defekten Billigmöbeln und einem viel zu kleinen Sonnenschirm. Nach der erste Reklamation haben wir notdürftige Verbesserungen erhalten. Im Innenbereich: Es war nur ein Schlafzimmer hergerichtet, auf dem Bett lediglich ein Bettlaken, keine Tagesdecke, nichts. Die Küche ist notdürftig eingerichtet, die meisten Töpfe funktionieren nicht auf dem Billig-Induktionsherd, der leider nur die Benutzung auf Stufe 9 von einer Platte zulässt. Als Alternative gab es eine Campingherdplatte, die man sich installieren kann. Die beiden Kaffeemaschinen waren nicht funktionstüchtig, ein uralter Mokkakocher stand jedoch für die Campingherdplatte zur Verfügung. Es gibt noch nicht einmal 4 gleiche Teller und Tassen. Der Boden im Apartment war so dreckig und wohl noch nie gewischt. Unter den betten sammelten sich Berge von Haaren und Staub. Die Agentur war nicht in der Lage das ganze einmal richtig zu kontrollieren und zu bereinigen. Das Apartment wird im Sommer für 12 Tage für 4200€ vermietet, das kann man abschließend nur als Abzocke bezeichnen. Weitere Schritte snd eingeleitet

Wunderbare Lage

Schöne Wohnung - genug Platz für 4 Leute - Sensationelle Aussicht! Schlafzimmer/Bad tipptopp - Küche gut ausgestattet, leider etwas wenig Geschirr und der Herd blieb auch nach 10 Tagen ein Mysterium! Zufahrt zum Haus recht spannend.

Moderne Wohnung mit super Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Die drei Klimageräte erzeugen wohlfühl-Temperaturen, so dass man auch wirklich gut schlafen kann. Die obere Terrasse ist ab dem frühen Nachmittag im Schatten und somit gut nutzbar. Für Selbstversorger ist die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien und Geschirr + Besteck etwas mager. Ein Hinweis zur Anreise mit dem Auto: Es lohnt sich, vorher den Fahrtweg im Ort online genau zu prüfen. Es gibt auch Möglichkeiten, welche für einen „nicht-italienischen“ Fahrer dann doch zu schmal und mit zu engen Kurven gespickt sind.
