Billings Spit Beach House is located in Sooke in a quiet neighbourhood. It is a great place to get away from it all without going too far. Victoria is only 45 minutes away by car. Grocery shopping in Sooke is 5 minutes away by car. The Galloping Goose trail and the Sooke River Potholes are only a short distance from the house.

What makes this property unique

Bring bicycles and ride to the Galloping Goose trail. Ride along the Sooke River to the Sooke River Potholes or head for Metchosin and ultimately Victoria! Bring your kayak and launch right out front of the house. The beach is just a few steps from the garden -- right there for you to enjoy.
