Flagship Private Villa 3bed + pool - sleeps 6 Mazarron (FREE WIFI & Air-con)!

This Flagship Villa is a brand new build and is situated just 2 minutes from the beach. It enjoys its own pool and private sunbathing areas. Situated in the increasingly popular resort area of Mar De Plata, Puerto de Mazarron the villa enjoys stunning views of the coastline and the Port itself. Within walking distance are numerous bars, restaurants, entertainment facilities and a supermarket. All modern facilities are available within the villa to ensure your home comforts during your stay.

3 Bedrooms (2double and 1 twin), 1 family bathroom and 1 shower room. Parking also included.

Nearest airport is Murcia International (RMU) which is a 45 minute drive to the villa, or alternatively Alicante.

Top of the range WIFI is also included free of charge and all of your home tv comforts too.

Sheets and towels all included.

For families, we have a travel cot and high chair to save you taking them on the plane.

Portable fans are also at the property.

Stunning roof terrace that covers the whole footprint of the property which is ideal for sunbathing in the day or relaxing on at night with stunning sunsets.

The villa will also be having a welcome upgrade to full aircon in all 3 bedrooms and the lounge area. Aircon is free of charge to all our guests (Please note this will be available for all bookings from 1st June 2019).
In addition, the units will also provide heating in the cooler months - again free of charge.

As a family man and business owner, the villa is great - I can escape the dull, grey weather of the UK and work in peace and quiet in the sunshine. My 11 year old son loves coming out here in the summer holidays where we can relax and have quality family time by the pool, down at the beach and then into the main port area to go for dinner.

Why they chose this property

The villa was built in 2016 so it is of a high quality and kept in great condition. We have a wide variety of guests from all backgrounds, some use it as a simple getaway, others use it as a base whilst away on business, or our most popular is for families to have a well earnt rest as their main summer holiday in the year. Whichever you use it for you will certainly not be disappointed.

What makes this property unique

The neighbourhood is absolutely perfect as it is just so quiet, everyone who stays lets us know how relaxed they feel when they are there as it is far enough out from the port that they don't hear anything, but equally close enough to the port area that they can walk there, drive or take the roadtrain.
