Ski The Best - 4 BR 4 BA Townhouse near Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude

The perfect spot for skiers who want to be close to several resorts but in a residential area with shopping, restaurants and other services nearby. Professionally managed to assure you good service. Also available year round for visitors or short term rental (relocating, new home construction delays, temporary assignments). Significant discounts available for long-term off-season rentals.

For skiers and snowboarders- Why pay high prices and be stuck at the resort when you can stay in a well equipped, very comfortable townhouse and go to a different area every day. Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton are all just a short 20 minute drive away, or ride the bus non-stop to any of them. Park City and Deer Valley are about 45 minutes on the other side of the range and Snowbasin and Powder Mountain about an hour. Anyone who knows Utah skiing knows that there is more snow and better snow in the western canyons, both of which are right by this house.

There is plenty of shopping and restaurants very close by. The kitchen was completely remodeling in 2022 and is well equipped for all your cooking needs. There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms - one with king bed and one with a queen. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 singles. Each of these have their own bathrooms just outside their doors in the hallway.

There is a large living room upstairs with HD flatscreen, DVD and sound system. There is an even larger den downstairs with HD flatscreen and DVD player. Hi speed internet via wi-fi included.

Two car garage provides cover for your vehicles when it snows and the community plows the driveways and shovels the walks. Store you ski and boards in the garage and bring your boots and gloves into the furnace room where they will dry quickly and be warm for the morning.

The best part is the large spa tub - outside with covered deck above. The perfect way to end a day on the slopes. Massage jets that will sooth those aching backs, legs, and feet. Can also be used in non-ski season for an additional fee.

Great Location for ski areas with a nice hot tub.

The location was stellar for using as a base station for the ski areas. The Hot Tub was stellar after each day of skiing. House was clean and perfect size for our group. Will be staying there in two years if it is available.

Perfect location close to ski resorts. House was clean, had all the amenities you would need and plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub was enjoyed by all! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again!

Great place to stay. Would have given it an excellent but the basement was cold and the main floor didn't get cool enough. I would recommend a hand rail down the stairs to the basement and grab bars in the showers. The kitchen is well equipped; oven has air fryer setting. A great bonus.

Very nice, clean condo. Plenty of room to spread out with a big group. Being between big and little cottonwood canyons was extremely convenient. There were also a fair amount of restaurants and a grocery store within a 10 minute drive.

Amazing location and great experience!

The location was just perfect for all the family activities we did. The house was also amazing! Many rooms and bathrooms, separate area where kids can play, great backyard for a pet, and everything we needed was available. Michael was a great host, always easy to reach and communicate, and flexible. We hope to be back soon!

Great base and location for skiing

Plenty of room for 3 of us and quite well equipped. Mike was super available for the few questions we had. Very convenient for the big 4 ski areas (Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude) with groceries and restaurants nearby. Will look for this host next time in SLC to ski!

Mike and Debbie Wald live in St. Augustine, FL, and have been skiing the western slopes of the Wasatch together for over 30 years. We have also had rental homes in the Outer Banks of NC and in Nosara, Costa Rica. We know what makes visitors comfortable and you will find it in this home.

Why they chose this property

The easy accessibility to so many different resorts and to good shopping and restaurants makes this location ideal. You can go to the grocery store a mile away and cook a great meal in our well-equipped kitchen or find 1/2 dozen good restaurants within 10 minutes.

Four bathrooms, one for each bedroom, means everyone can have their own and the separate living room and den (one upstairs and one downstairs) means the adults and the children can have their separate spaces.

We love driving up the canyons - the scenery is amazing - and nothing is more relaxing than to come down the hill and slip into the awesome outdoor spa tub.
