A Memorable Vacation !

A very very nice apartment/condo with awesome views and overall great resort to spend with family! Personnel was friendly, resort is well maintained, food at restaurants was terrific. Definitely a place I would return in the future.

We had an amazing stay at Villa La Estancia 2705. The Villa was beautiful, clean and beyond our expectations. The property was well maintained and offered everything we needed. We will certainly stay here again.

Great Week in cabo

We have stayed at Villa La Estancia over New Years for the past 6 years, this was are first year in this unit and we are glad we found it. Up on the 7th floor, with great views, quiet evenings on the deck, beautiful sunrises and morning sun accompany your coffee. The unit features fully modernized kitchen facilities with a plethora of dishes, glasses and cookware. Very comfortable settings throughout, some very nice pottery highlight the overall ambiance. The owner was very easy to work with, emailed him twice before our arrival and he responded in less than 24 hours. Estancia itself remains a gem as ever increasing prices seem to affect Cabo San Lucas resorts. Beautiful and well kept grounds, pools and spas, right on Medano Beach, easy access to town, this unit becomes our first choice for our next trip to Cabo!
