This is truly a special home in a special place Lots of extras in the unit Comfortable beds No street noise at night and a hostess who is attentive and responsive Loved it and will look for it again with our next visit

We had an amazing stay in Monterosso. It was the highlight of our trip to Italy and we could have spent the entire trip there. The apartment was the perfect home base for our stay. It was clean, provided plenty of room for our family of four, and the rooftop views cannot be beat.Simona was a wonderful host! Great communication. She made recommendations for us and also offered to make dinner reservations.

Simona was the absolute best host and her place is fantastic! The location was incredible - right in the heart of old Monterosso where all of the shops, restaurants and markets are located. It’s a quick five minute walk to the beach and about a 15 minute walk from the train station. Simona went out of her way to provide all sorts of recommendations and even made dinner reservations for our family at some of the best restaurants that Monterosso has to offer. I would absolutely come back and stay here without any question. The apartment is very well appointed and clean. The rooftop deck is also a nice bonus for those evening drinks.

Loved Our Stay

We were very pleased with our stay. The location is great and in the middle of town. The host was great at responding in a timely manner. The apartment was very clean and fit 6 adults comfortably. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Monterosso, I would recommend the Five Sails!

Everything was perfect! Simona was incredibly responsive and kind and thoughtful! The home was lovely, ready to navigate from the parking garage, and in the center of Monterosso al Mare, close to the market, shops, and pier. I will definitely stay here again! Grazie, Simona!

Quick overnight stay-

We were staying in Florence and we wanted to visit Cinque Terre. After looking at the tour options, we decided to do on our own, but that just a day trip would not be enough. We dropped our bags and went out exploring. This place was perfect for what we needed! A clean place to sleep and shower before heading out the next morning. The host was helpful and willing to provide tips and recommendations...even offering to make reservations for us. We didn't have the time for any of this but it was much appreciated. The terrace would have been great if we had more time!! I would recommend!
